They won’t give me a refund
They won’t give me a refund, and in today’s society, to lose money like this is unacceptable. I will never shop with them again.
WOWCHER DO NOT BUY
WOWCHER - DO NOT BUY!!! Don’t waste your time or money. I ordered Christmas Advent Calendar Mystery Deal - £500 Selfridges, Liberty London, Harrods, Glossybox, Radley, L'Occitane and MORE from WOWCHER.
I was waiting in anticipation for my surprise. When it arrived today I feel like I have been robbed and I’m hugely disappointed
What I actually got was
a cheap party jewellery calendar from a budget shop. Also, will make you green and probably give you an allergic rash!!!
If I could give no stars I would
If I could give no stars I would! Just booked a holiday through woucher, when company called, the first thing they did was ask for more money ! Then they processed to tell us there were no flights left. They then refused to give us back our money, offering us a completely different country!!! What a bloody joke. Surely this is false advertising? We purchased the holiday at the price Stated, on the dates we wanted to go, and the hotel mentioned in advert. But the only way you get to find out if you get the correct holiday is if you redeem your voucher!!! Once you've done that! You don't get your money back. SCAM, FALSE ADVERTISING! Avoid at all costs
AVOID AVOID AVOID
If I could give this company minus numbers I would. Lack of communication and no refunds. They are awful and don’t care about their customers at all. My advice would be to avoid them at all costs!!!

I am really unhappy with the service that I have received.
I purchased 2 Wowchers - for the same trip as it was one per person and purchased with the safety net of Wowcher’s 14 day cooling off ’no quibble guarantee service’. I was then forced into redeeming my vouchers as otherwise I would not be told any information about my. Holiday, which makes it impossible to proceed. This is a scam way to try to void your consumer rights.
Once redeemed, I then find that actually noting is yet booked, so how can this be. Redeemed? I was then offered horrific flights and was asked to pay £400 to change those and was even told my hotel was unavailable, ‘The Mercure Budapest Castle Hill’, despite this being the very reason I had booked the deal and being advertised. To have the hotel named as the hotel you will be staying at and then to say it is not available and offer a substandard alternative with no refund is false advertising.
I would like a full refund as per the ’no quibble Wowcher’ I purchased as part of the 14 day cooling off period..
Robbed of a £1100 disneyland holiday
If I could give zero stars, I would.
I booked a £1100 Disneyland Paris holiday through Wowcher for my family of four. After redeeming the voucher (which was required just to access the travel agency and confirm the booking), I was told by the third-party agency (Prime Holidays) that only two seats were available on the flight—despite booking for four. No solutions were offered, no transparency, and no accountability.
After days of chasing both parties, Prime Holidays washed their hands of it and told me to speak to Wowcher, claiming they “don’t give refunds.” Wowcher then refused to refund me, stating that because the voucher was redeemed, the holiday was non-refundable—despite the fact that redeeming it was the only way to even begin the booking process.
I’ve had no meaningful contact, no resolution, and no holiday. Just vague responses and a £1100 loss. This experience has been nothing short of disgraceful. Wowcher should not be promoting travel deals that collapse the moment you try to finalise them. Families deserve better.

Product finally arrived 5 days after ' on or before date'.
The cheapest, thinnest Gilet I have ever seen, that's the problem with buying online you .never really know what you're buying.
Not worth even a fiver - don't trust this rip-off outfit - disgraceful.
Steer clear of their holiday deals
Do not buy any holiday deals from them. I bought a 2 night Krakov break & had to redeem voucher within 48 hrs which I did. What I did not know was once that happens you are left in the hands of an unscrupulous company which will want more money, ask you to change dates & not offer any refunds at all. You will absolutely NOT get the deal they are advertising. I dont know how they are still getting away with this. They have left 2 OAPs out of pocket by over £100 each!
Disappointing Experience
Disappointing Experience
I wouldn’t recommend using this service. I received a voucher from my young nephew as a 50th birthday gift, and when I tried to redeem it nine months later, the website stated it had expired. The original email containing the voucher code didn’t mention any expiry date — most companies provide at least 12 months, so I assumed I still had time. I contacted Wowcher to raise the issue, but never received a reply. Overall, a very disappointing experience and a waste of money.

I ordered a vacuum cleaner..it was supposed to be delivered 4 days ago...I've tried emailing the company but haven't got a reply..surely wowcher should have some sort of policy to get your money back..they are offering the deals from these companies

Treadmill no delivery no item no refund
I ordered a treadmill the £149 came out my account as did the 49.99 for supposedly delivery , nothing delivered a total scam
After 100 s of WhatsApp and email to get my money back they have only refunded 49.99 and not the 149 as says it was paid with a credit wallet never had a credit wallet with Wowcher so after loads asking and screenshots of my bank accounts with payments out they still not refunding
Never ever order anything from this company it’s a total scam and are scamming people right left and centre and have no intention of delivery as advertised or refunding anything , only people making money is Wowcher customers are losing big style I’m going through legal action now about this as not on !! Still on going trying to get refund from September

Bought a bag,not received, had 1 email back off seller Leo@velson. Was 2 weeks ago.Ive sent 7 emails in the past 2 weeks plus nothing back off wowcher 🤬 Feel like I've been robbed! Off both
Don't get sucked in by these crooks
Can't speak to a human being with wowcher customer service obviously they have a lot of complaints that's why they don't have a phone line they rip you off then you have to just wear it I spent 650 pounds on something that wasn't what it was advertised now I'm stuck banging my head against a brick wall don't believe the good reviews of them on here they are obviously written by employees
Charged two lots of postage
I ordered 2 of the same items at the same time and Wowcher charged me 2 lots of postage!!!! They treated my order like two separate orders. I wouldn’t mind but the postage was £7.99 and £5.99. How can they justify charging two lots of postage for two of the same item ordered at the same time? Day-light robbery!! The one order was treated like two separate orders all the way along the line, Even delivery was on different days. They could easily have posted them together. Postage also seems very high! Has really put me off ordering from them again.
Disney 3 day holiday our first day we…
Disney 3 day holiday our first day we get there at 23:50 when departing from Manchester at 18:20. How why no explanation why then to be put in a hotel 2 hours from that particular airport that isn't even central Paris to then find out no transport I have to pay for my own to hotel when I have looked will cost an extra£300 when yet if the fly us from a closer airport it will be at an extra charge of £79 each for change on there behalf plus I'm taking my 3 yr old daughter and the company just keeps saying they will be in touch yet nothing Waiting for them to get in touch about it nothing they keep saying on here oh we have emailed I have had nothing all lies I hope this stops someone from making the same mistakes we have try love holidays great deals I will be booking with them from now on don't book with voucher
Mystery deal, still a mystery!
Paid £19.99 for a premium mystery box, N(kitchen & home) photo showing several items. Now I realise I probably won’t get a Ninja but wasn’t expecting to see my item halfway through my letterbox in a Jiffy bag. . I don’t know what it was as it was stolen. I only have the phot of it as proof of delivery. What a rip off. What could possibly be, flat enough to fit in a Jiffy bag! To make matters worse no refund. Told by the company J & Y Trading or Distribution to take it up with Royal Mail! So no ‘flat’ product & £19,99 down the drain. Avoid, avoid, avoid & Wowcher should change how they advertise these deals.
Total scam!
Do not order from this company! It's a total scam! Wish I had read the reviews first 😪
