Robbed of a £1100 disneyland holiday

If I could give zero stars, I would.

I booked a £1100 Disneyland Paris holiday through Wowcher for my family of four. After redeeming the voucher (which was required just to access the travel agency and confirm the booking), I was told by the third-party agency (Prime Holidays) that only two seats were available on the flight—despite booking for four. No solutions were offered, no transparency, and no accountability.

After days of chasing both parties, Prime Holidays washed their hands of it and told me to speak to Wowcher, claiming they “don’t give refunds.” Wowcher then refused to refund me, stating that because the voucher was redeemed, the holiday was non-refundable—despite the fact that redeeming it was the only way to even begin the booking process.

I’ve had no meaningful contact, no resolution, and no holiday. Just vague responses and a £1100 loss. This experience has been nothing short of disgraceful. Wowcher should not be promoting travel deals that collapse the moment you try to finalise them. Families deserve better.

Avoid Prime Holidays at all costs.

Avoid Prime Holidays at all costs.

Their customer service is absolutely diabolical. I was passed to them by Wowcher after booking a £1200 Disneyland Paris holiday for my family. From the moment I tried to confirm the booking, it was chaos. I was told there were only two seats left on the flight—despite booking for four people—and they offered no help, no alternatives, and no accountability.

After days of chasing, they flat-out told me I would not be receiving a refund, no matter what I did. They refused to guide me, refused to escalate the issue, and refused to even tell me who I could speak to for help. It’s as if they’ve taken my money and vanished.

This company operates with zero transparency and zero care for customers. I’m now £1200 down, with no holiday and no support. Prime Holidays should not be trusted with anyone’s travel plans.
