If I could give minus stars I would. This company is a scam. Products poor quality. I.e the raincoat I bought wouldn’t keep you dry in a light shower. They offered me a 50% refund and keep the product but they want me to close down the PayPal case first. Absolutely no - if I did this I would not get any refund as I can’t re-open the PayPal case or raise another. They offered 100% refund but I’d have to return the postage to Canada up to £80 postage. The item cost £35.10 with postage. Still at loggerheads as PayPal insist they can and should refund on an open case. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered a waterproof raincoat in L which not only didn’t fit but was no way waterproof. The quality was cheap and I paid £35 plus £3.99 postage.

Asked to return it and advised they would provide a 100% amount on a voucher or a refund but I would have to pay return postage up to £80.

I am currently waiting a further reply as I asked for a full refund to my card and free return postage. The item received is defective and not fit for purchase. Do not purchase from these people.

The only time Wowcher contact me re my complaint about a non refund so far of £550 is when I put a review on. They completely fail to follow up on correspondence written directly to them or rectify their shoddy Travelmakers refund reluctance due to holidays sold that are totally unsuitable and are 100% refundable according to all T&C’s. It’s criminal that they are holding onto my money with zero communication

If I could give zero stars I would. Wowcher’s bought and redeemed for 4 x vouchers to Marrakech. The holiday was not doable due to flight times unknown at time of purchase. Shocking service from The Travelmakers who were extremely pushy in trying to get me to change my plans. The hotel advertised not available. I started to get concerned so asked for a refund which was refused by The Travelmakers even though the T&C’s say I can. No communication from Wowcher after they asked me to confirm my email address and complete silence from The Travelmakers since I contested their WhatsApp message. I feel that both companies are a con. They currently have £550 of my money with no communication
