This company sell faulty phones and then refuse to honour the warranty. They don’t have proper batteries and the battery goes wrong after a few months. They will reply making up any old story to make you look wrong - they said I had water damaged the phone myself when it was a spare (in a very dry drawer). Buy at your own peril.

I appreciate your frustration but as per our warranty agreement we cannot cover water damage (intentional or not). The device had been in your possession for 11 months and when returned to us, there were clear signs of water damage on the interior. We did offer you a discount for a replacement device, which you refused. Again, I understand why this is frustrating and regret we could not come to a satisfactory resolution.
