TERRIBLE SERVICE - 9 month later and living with a trip hazard that was due to made damaging my house during delivery!!!

I ordered a sofa which was faulty. It was collected but the collection people damaged my property. This was over 9 months ago. A price for the repair was agreed (it was too low but i wanted to resolve it asap) and was advised that Made would pay me this price (I have email confirmation if this). This is still ongoing 9 MONTHs later. I have emailed, used WhatsApp, messenger and still now one had resolved it. The only quick response was when I made a previous comment here and they told me to email them - still nothing. I am now living with a dangerous trip hazard - people have hurt themselves on the damage. I have never experienced such bad customer service!!

PS made customer services when you reply to this please don’t advise me to contact you - I have done this over 20 time. You have my details via the order number - I look forward to your response - hopefully before someone break a leg!


Reply to comment: it has been open for 7 months and nobody appears to be doing anything. This reply is not helpful in bringing it to a conclusion in any way! Your team all seem very good at saying someone is dealing with it but without actually doing anything. Further poor customer service!!

Damaged my house during delivery!

I have been waiting 8 months for the company to pay me for damages made to my house. Despite promises of payment to correct the damage they have not done so. They have also very conveniently (!!) lost all photo graphic evidence of the damages! I have tried emailing, texting and whatapps but still no resolution. The quickest response was from a previous post on here but once again nothing happened subsequently.

I note your very quick response here but the problem is your company’s lack of response when I email them, text them or WhatsApp (as previously advised). I have sent multiple emails and have had no reply. Please suggest how I move forward as emailing does not work - I hope you respond to this comments as quickly as before.

Despite further promises the company has still not contacted me or paid me they money they owe me 9 months later. They are very good at taking the money but once they have it they treat you very badly! They also appear to have lost the photos which I sent them several months ago about the damage to my property which shows a great lack of care/ customer service not to mention their failure to protect my data and thus breaking their legal duties.

Thanks for your comment but I have been told that this matter had been escalated for 6 months and still nothing happens! I was recently asked to send further pictures of the damage - despite sending them 9months ago- I am at a lost as to why this is taking so long especially as I have been told multiple times that the money will be in my account in a few days. THIS IS NOT AN ACCEPTABLE SERVICE.

I bought a sofa in March 2021. The sofa was faulty. It was collected during which the caused damage to my property. I chased this up multiple times - but got very little response. Eventually I was advised the damages would be reimbursed. This was in August. I am yet to get any of this money (over 9 months since the incident) despite emailing, using WhatsApp and Facebook. The service has been unbelievable! I have never had such bad service.
