Dreadful waste of time
I bought three iphones from this company all of which are faulty. the company refused to refund and spent a year giving incorrect advice on how resolve the problems. Avoid at all costs.

As explained we cannot issue refunds for devices that are iCloud locked. We are trying to help you resolve the issue but if you cannot access the Apple ID we cannot process the return.
