I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding my recent purchase from your company. I had ordered two iPhone 13 Pro devices, but I received only one (I bought using the back market app). This situation has caused significant inconvenience and frustration, as one of the iPhones was intended to be a birthday gift for my loved one. Moreover, I urgently require a reliable mobile device for an upcoming business trip this Saturday.

Regrettably, my attempts to resolve this issue have been met with utter disappointment. Despite multiple attempts to contact your customer support, I have received no response thus far. I understand that companies experience occasional challenges, but the lack of communication and unavailability of a contact number is wholly unacceptable. It is disheartening to feel disregarded as a customer who is in need of assistance.

I sincerely hope that this oversight is rectified immediately. I implore you to arrange for the delivery of the second iPhone 13 Pro to be expedited today. Given the importance of this situation and the impact it has on my personal and professional life, I trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency it deserves.

In the event that a satisfactory resolution is not provided promptly, I will be left with no choice but to explore alternative courses of action to protect my consumer rights. I believe it is in both of our interests to resolve this matter amicably and swiftly.

I look forward to receiving a prompt response and a satisfactory resolution ASAP!

If you are looking for a great food and a brand that really cares about your loved ones choose Edgar&Cooper my dog is very pick about food and he absolutely loves it! Also we had a problem with the delivery of the food and they send other box right way without any additional charge!

Amazing brand, good quality of food and top customer service ! I surely recommend!
