I had to return my Zeiss 10x40 SFL binoculars twice to Clifton Cameras in the first year of ownership. The first time was to re-glue the rubber eyecups. They did that and sent them back within one day. Much appreciated and very impressive. A few months later, one eyepiece unscrewed and the focus gradually became more and more stiff. So, back they went. Long story short, after turning down the offer of repairs taking at least several weeks, I asked to speak to a senior manager. Outcome was excellent for me. I received a sympathetic explanation of the issues then new, replacements days later. At all times the staff of Clifton Cameras were professional and empathetic. I really appreciated that. I have Dotterel surveys to carry out in the mountains here and had no binoculars! Special thanks to Simon, Kushaan and Troy. Thanks for helping me out of a really crap situation.
