I placed an order for a subscription on Aug 13. I decided to cancel the order at present, and buy in 4 or 5 months. I sent an email asking to cancel this order Aug 14.
Your Representative, Myrna quickly responded, and stated she had cancelled my order and the $3500. payment was being refunded to my card.
I was well pleased with the courteous, helpful service. Please thank Myrna again for me.

I must first admit I have never been an investor in anything other than Classic and Special Interest Vehicles. I am a Cherokee, born and raised in the Cherokee Nation here in Oklahoma and quite honestly, grew up not having much here on the reservation.
But I was always interested in nice old cars. And I turned the love of that, when I got older, into something that is always very beneficial in every way for me and my family.
My job with the railroad lasted 42 years. Although I was on call 24 hours a day I could take off work anytime and I did that a lot, buying, selling and traveling to purchase and a lot of times deliver vehicles to some of the kindest people I’ve ever met in my life. And we remain friends.

Now, at 73 years old, I decided to delve into investing otherwise, into something that would not be so demanding on this tired old Indin.
Although my son and I got involved in Bitcoin in the beginning, he stayed, I didn’t. Lesson learned.

As I watched what was happening in the status of our country and the past, and now current administration, I knew I must get back into Crypto.
However, still unfamiliar with processes affiliated with investing in something I was not that familiar with I started searching. Somehow, I received an email from WEISS. Bottom line, I clicked on that and began moving forward. I was very happy with everything I saw. Easy to navigate their website, clear explanations of the content presented, therefore very easy to understand. I never searched any further and I’ve never looked back.

So, I joined WEISS RATINGS Group, got back into Crypto and began investing, and closely studying everything Mr. Weiss, Beth Canova, Maria Matic, Juan Velaverde, Chris Graebe, etc, etc, in all they posted.
I was and remain very impressed with how clearly, understandable and educational everything was and is that they post for their members.
Whom all speak, write, research and teach from past knowledge and experience. Whom always have a constant presence of mind to have the best intentions for what the members want and need.
Those are people and a company you can trust.

And now, as satisfied, confident, and trusting, as I am with WEISS, I have gladly joined Chris Graebe and Deal Hunters Alliance.

I am so satisfied with WEISS because their attention to detail in all areas is impeccable and as stated earlier, I never searched any further, but I’m confident if I do, I would surely find WEISS is second to none. They are fast to respond and answer my questions in a clear, immediate and concise manner, and I’ve never seen any company so dedicated and determined to help and satisfy their clients/members wants and needs.

In closing, I must include, WEISS, as a company that reminds me of all the people I mentioned before in my lifelong investment of special interest vehicles that I’ve met and became friends with in all of my travels due to my love of buying and selling those special interest vehicles I mentioned earlier.

And although I have not met or dealt with Everyone at WEISS, the ones I have dealt with, I put all in that same category. And I look forward to meeting, traveling to meet, and becoming friends with the members of this company as we continue forward.

Janie was able to quickly cancel an existing subscription, so I could update to a more robust subscription that I think will better meet my investment strategy. Next, she was able to sign me up for my new subscription, Weiss Plus Ratings.

Horrific! DO NOT BUY WEISSRATINGS.COM FINANCIAL SUBSCRIPTIONS! I purchased a 5-year subscription plan to Supercycle Investor by Sean Brodrick, but the service was not fit for purpose. Time-critical "Buy Alerts" arrived the following night due to a significant time difference—too late to act on—and alerts by text never came through at all. When I requested a refund, I was offered a replacement for Crypto Investor by Juan M. Villaverde, which was discontinued just a few months later, leaving me with absolutely nothing but 36% losses. Right after the subscription started, there was a significant market downturn—but Villaverde had his wedding, and no warning alerts were sent before the market turndown. Don’t be misled into thinking that paying them will protect you from financial loss—that’s a major misconception. I reached out to Bill Wade, the contact person who sold their services to me, and he told me he was no longer responsible for customer service. “Member Care” asked me to send a screenshot of my original purchase—if I happened to have one. Before I could respond, they sent a second email stating that my subscription was ineligible for renewal, with no reason why, and despite having replaced it with a like-for-like service and never refunding the difference. They could not care less for my losses as a result of their services. No further emails were answered, no buy alerts were reinstated, and I was left with over four years of unused subscription—despite having paid several thousand USD! Weiss Ratings and their so-called “Member Care” have been incredibly unhelpful. I noticed they could not care less for their clients. I will report this group to all relevant authorities. They operate in a murky grey zone, seemingly designed to exploit inexperienced customers. There is absolutely no warning their services are not fit for purpose and 100% not suitable for anyone located overseas, given buy alerts and warnings are a critical part of their proposition! There’s no clear disclosure that because their service runs on U.S. time, making it completely unsuitable for overseas clients. They offer no urgent support, no live chat, no dedicated customer service, and no way to reach them in less than 3–5 days if you’re lucky enough to receive an auto-reply—via email from their Member Don’t-Care. Don’t believe in VIP customer support worth $5,000, as advertised, as this is pure fiction! This has been a horrific experience, and unfortunately, it’s not over. I was told to report this to the police and relevant authorities in both countries. Don’t buy this and lose your hard-earned money and a lot of stress. A lottery ticket is more likely to give you a return on your investment!!

I been a high(overpaid) membership of their new crypto wonders for almost 2 years. In this time I have lost majorly on almost all of their recommendations!! To the sound of over 50% on at least 5. The only couple that have made money were Aave and another coin with gains of less than 70% so do the math. They act like experts but truly are not!!!! I am on my (bonus year membership) since they could not fulfill their promise of 10x gains and so far still sucks. I have other stories but do not want to get into cuz I’m already getting mad at myself for being a fool once again(joined them 6 years ago on another subscription same promise same story. They suck!!!
