Dear everyone here
Dear everyone here
Alert 🚨 Dont follow their information for the Capitol Hill invitation Oct 2025 event .
I have made sure there is no event in Capitol Hill with the same name it was there before since long time ago , and the owner said its first of its kind its already finished very old one . And all timing & everything is all
False . The owner of the company said he has seats for us . And all not correct . There is no real registration happened even for him.
This can be really dangerous as they wanted us to book in certain hotels .
Please be careful.
Warning plz save lives
I received an invitation to what was called the “Critical Minerals & National Security Summit on Capitol Hill” on 20th or 21 OCT 2025 as stated in the email from Dylan Jovine / Behind the Markets. The email included an “agenda” and a list of hotels to book, but:
• No official congressional sponsor was listed.
• No .gov email or staff contact was provided.
• No confirmed date or Capitol Hill room number.
• They never replied with entry instructions when I asked.
• The only concrete details were hotel booking links.
This gave the appearance of a real Capitol Hill summit, but after careful checking, there is no public confirmation of such an event on congressional calendars or in credible news. Without an official invitation letter or government contact, this is not legitimate enough to risk
👉 Please be careful this says a lot please
This name of the event he said in his email its first of its kind while it was held before check the official calendar of Capitol Hill … please check the official websites of Capitol Hill please do be careful he made this for a reason . The non correct information is very obvious 😳😳😳😳😳😳😳
Poor alert service. Mostly all emails are upsells
Minimal alerts. Mostly all upsells!
Upsell Upsell Upsell..
Upsell Upsell Upsell... or $5k. I wouldn't dare try it, god knows what I went through just trying to get back my $49, I did NOT sign up to be pitched too over and over non-stop!!!
Behind the Markets is utterly false in…
Behind the Markets is utterly false in every statement they make. They encourage investments with false information. Behind the Markets is criminally frauduent in the false information and pushing investments which are frauduent. I just wish I could be more negative in hopeing to denigrate every aspect of the information sent to me as spam.... Trump has no economic plan... that is a completely false statement just like he is completely illiterate and unable to think, e.g., at AI summit he told a completely lunatic story that about his relative at MIT where TRump falsified his relative qualification and told a false story about a false

Two Major Flaws
I find that the Company has two major flaws: One is that they offer an inexpensive entry level membership and then always try to upsell you. Second, the upscale attempt is so repetitive of them telling you how great they have been in the past and it takes forever to get to their offer. I took the one year program but have no interest in continuing thereafter.
Beware
Once they have you, they flood your email with junk and upselling. I tried to cancel the subscription & request a refund within the 30 day timeframe that they assure you with during their marketing pitch
However - be aware, they avoid any kind of customer service inquiries & refuse any refunds as they dodge calls & written correspondence at all times until your outside the 30 day window. Beware the stock picks are only for very wealthy clients and I made no money with their picks- all in all it’s a SCAM to get your hard working money- don’t spend ur money here!!! Beware!!! I even tried to email the support team and received no response at all. I requested confirmation in writing & crickets!!
Waste of money
I think they scammed me by promising a lifetime membership then switching it to an annual one. I ended up paying for two years at $100 per year and didn't make a dollar from it. The information was overhyped and lacked clear indicators.

This newsletter/texts puts out irresponsible, fear-based garbage. Today it’s “China will attack Taiwan by May 5.” Avoid.
Wanted to purchase a trial at $49
Wanted to purchase a trial at $49 - invoiced and taken the full amount of £154.47
Tried contacting but cannot through to customer service line (i know there is a time difference).
However, still no response.......
follow up how to get a refund
What went wrong this time is after getting a refund thru my bank credit card fraud dept a week later
Behind the Markets posted another monthly charge to my credit card for the same amount so dylan your company not only lies and cheats people they also try to steal from them so much for your I'm honest and will offer a 30 day money back GUARANTEED so people check your credit card statements for at least 6 months after you kick them to the curb for being pretty much worthless
Like / Hate But Did Get Cancellation
I have come to an almost reluctant conclusion that Dylan's products and recommendations are pretty good. Unfortunately, they give very weak support / training. I signed up for Behind the Markets and ended up doing a trial of Takeover Targets. I get a lot of email, and ended up with regular emails from this group saying that they've got recommendations for me...only to end up wading through them just to find that this particular recommendation requires signing up for more services.
I decided to cancel the Takeover Targets and ended up emailing 6 times about cancelling, with emailed responses that someone would call me as soon as possible. Never happened. So I called their number. After waiting quite awhile the first call, I was told that my Account Manager, Michael would call me back tomorrow. Never happened. Finally I called again and again was told that my account manager would call me promptly. I responded that I already knew Michael wasn't in the calling mode and that I needed to elevate this. Finally, after some wait I actually was able to speak to a very knowledgeable, refreshing person named Kara. She walked me through their website and showed the past recommendations and their returns. It was pretty impressive. She asked if I had followed any of the recommendations and I told her 'only one'. Why didn't I look into the others? Because I was so tired of the junk mail from them that I quit opening them all.
In the end, she cancelled and refunded my payment. She also did something to make the barrage of emails stop. Frankly, if I had that kind of walk through and email cancellation at the beginning, I'd have kept the service. It looks like a paying proposition, but it's too late now. I'm not going to risk the 30 day cancellation guarantee. So in my mind they may have a good product but they're shooting themselves in the foot by:
- lack of responsiveness
-lack of training of new customers
-playing 'gotcha' with all the stuff that's not included in what you bought
-bombarding their existing customers with lengthy, verbose emailed fishing expeditions for buying different services.
This guy has very little trustworthiness to his statements. He sucks you in like a true con-man!.
These ads suck you in by telling you that you already have a subscription. Speaks for an hour or more telling you little. Then, you look and find out that you dont HAVE a subscription and for only $5000 you can try one out.
Dylan lies! AVOID!!!
Dylan sent me an email claiming that Biden destroyed the dollar with Executive Order 14024. I looked it up & it had nothing to do with the dollar, it was about sanctioning Russia. I am so sick of lies to manipulate people! Please look up any negative stories no matter the candidate it’s the only way to know the truth!
I’m calling the Better Business Bureau to report his lies!!! I wouldn’t do business with Behind the Markets if you paid me.
Charlie- Florida Pure con-job
My name is Charlie, I live in The Villages, Florida - and I ordered the $49 trial offer two months ago. Nov 2024 After less than a week of "access" to Behind the Markets website, I knew it was a scam. They promised to refund the purchase price if not satisfied - two calls, much round-and -round B.S. - no refund. My question is "How is this crook stilll allowed to cntinue this scam."
Customer Service? What’s that?!!
I should have read the comments on this website earlier. My story is the same as many already published. I signed up for Takeover Targets in mid September and did not find it useful. I asked for this subscription to be cancelled two weeks after joining. I have been getting the run around ever since then. No responses from my “account manager” Eric Wagers to either the multiple telephone calls and emails I’ve sent and ofcourse no refund.
Near as I can tell you basically pay…
Near as I can tell you basically pay Dylan Jovine $150 to give him the right to market whole bunch of $1,497 newsletters to you. The $150 you pay him gives you absolutely nothing.
"Breakthrough Wealth " SCAM!!
I purchased the "Breakthrough Wealth " package on 9/17/24, with a 30 day money back guarantee. I canceled it on 9/30/24 after speaking with customer service. The access was canceled, my money not refunded and now I can't get in touch with them via email or phone. Don't bother with this scam!!!
