I contacted customer service following a minor issue with an order. I think it's the most adorable and efficient customer service I've ever encountered. Chloe was very kind and understanding. She only asked for what was necessary, not 20,000 things to justify the issue. The issue was handled quickly, less than 24 hours before the report and final resolution were received.

Commande passée le 27/05 mais n’apparaît pas dans l'historique de mes commandes.
J'ai pourtant été débitée de cette somme en regardant mes comptes!!!
Nécessité de pouvoir échanger avec l'enseigne.
