Really helpful advisor named Nikki assisted me with a faulty product that would not dispense. I had to send a little video showing the problem and then the item was replaced and posted out to me. Brilliant customer service

My daughters received the XD Design fondue set for Christmas - they absolutely loved it - they had great fun melting different types of chocolate and dipping fruit or marsh mellows with their friends. Sadly we dropped the glass bowl and it cracked. On the off chance I emailed XD to see if a replacement was available to purchase individually- it was not but the fantastic XD team found a spare and sent it out to me free of charge !!! Brilliant customer service , I now have 2 very happy children.
