Disappointing and untrustworthy

Disappointed with customer service since scam ordeal. They don't seem to want to restore customer faith in brand and not helping with replacement or refund for stock which isn't legitimate. Moved to alternative supplier.

Will not be using again

Will not be using again. Poor customer service and unwillingness to help. Nearly missed my holiday because they sent over the wrong confirmation code and only corrected 15 minutes before departure. No apology so won't be using again.

Product good - Customer service not so much.

Product good. However, Delivery information was wrong on website - turned up about a week late. With no reply from customer service email. Seems like a lot of people have the same issue. I would've been fine if they were up front about this from the start.

Hi Leonie, we would like to apologise for your delayed order. We have sent emails out regarding the issue with delivery times. As we have changed our warehouse, Royal Mail collection department took around 2 weeks to settle the new address of our warehouse and our collection only started back to normal on 21/05/2024.
