Kayleigh was super helpful

Kayleigh was super helpful, there was a discrepancy in my order and she actioned it straight away, replacing what was missing.

She is a true representation of what customer service should be. I am a loyal customer anyway, but even more so now knowing there is a great customer service team & Kayleigh should anything else ever go wrong.

Had a slight problem with a product but…

Had a slight problem with a product but I absolutely love this brand so much. Shiv was a DELIGHT and sorted my problem out within an hour, with a replacement being sent out. Shiv was nothing but kind, patient (as I had trouble sending over a video!) and reassuring. Shiv is an absolute gem and The Beauty Crop should be proud to have Shiv as a customer service representative.
