I had some issue with my recent parcel. It normally needs to be handle by Global E international parcel team. As no responses from Global E team after 6 days, I’ve re-approached space NK customer service. Without hesitation, their team member Thomas closed off the matter for me less than 2 days. Now my partial refund is on the way already. Really appreciate the prompt and attentive customer service!
