Excellent I didn't know what to expect but absolutely delighted with my purchase, price was amazing for the products I purchased. I purchased the same from my local hairdresser and it was very expensive.

I always receive an excellent service from front of house especially the lovely Crystal to the amazing Annemaire who is outstanding.

I have still not received the outside table that I have ordered, the outside furniture set had to be returned as it was defected. When I called I later found out that I was talking to someone from South Africa call centre who started that they had arranged a collection of the furniture but then received a call the next day and the lady who I spoke to informed me no collection was recorded on the system. Following this call collection was arranged and apparently the table was returned to supplier without any notification to me. So due to this I am a bit disappointed.

Really disappointed with Ugg uk, I purchased a pair of uggs, they started to bubble and peel. I must say I did really like the boots when they arrived. I was very pleased with the transaction and they were delivered promptly. However when I emailed customer services I had not reply, I sent 2 more emails before I received a very unhelpful response. I have just sent another email so hopefully I will get a reply of how to resolve this issue.
