I telephoned with a query of product that had a problem. Lyndsey was very helpful and asked all the correct questions to understand the problem. She asked for a photo sent and as soon as this had been seen I was offered a replacement.
Iwas impressed with how quickly I was given an answer to the problem and to how it was resolved.

Description of what to expect - not proper perfume presentation, but in a plastic spray bottle. This was helpful and SO CONVENIENT as sample bottle easily kept in handbag. I received a freebie and in fact I preferred this perfume rather than the one I ordered!!!

Polite and friendly courier. Knocked on door and waited. Usually previous delivery people just knock and walk off, leaving parcel at my French windows, - not even at my front door. This recent courier has delivered to my home and I amalways happy with his delivery and manner.

Soon after I requwsted help from the RAC, Ashley,ID 57672 sent a text to say he would be with me in about an hour. True to his word he arrived almost exactly an hour later - checked my problem and got to work. He made sure I was away from danger by making me stand away from road and car. He explained what was required and how I was to drive to get me safely home. All completed, I was soon on my way. Many thanks.

Only knew packet had been delivered as I looked up the "tracking" page and found it had been delivered !!!!!. It had been left on a garden box - no-one had knocked on my door to see if I was at home.

Only knew parcel was delivered as I went onto email and saw "parcel delivered".
Went outside and parcel was laying against french windows - nowhere near front door. I was in and no knocking on the windows or door was made.
