We ordered two items from Homary - a ceiling light fixture and a kitchen faucet. We chose these products from Homary because of their artsy, dramatic, high-end design. The lead-time was long (8-10 weeks), but we felt it was worth it to acquire these products for our home.
The light fixture arrived early, and we installed it in our primary bedroom. Love it!
On 19 September we received notification that the faucet had been delivered to the pick-up point, but when we went to pick it up, it was nowhere to be found. We checked back twice over the next few days with no luck, so we contacted the shipper and they began a complaint investigation. We also contacted Homary.
After a couple of email exchanges, the shipper became unresponsive. Homary, however, was very proactive. They asked us to send them all the correspondence between us and the shipper, established liaison with the shipper, and their customer care rep Yana kept us apprised of the progress of their investigation. When it became clear that the shipment had been lost, she offered to send us a replacement, and when we informed her that we had already bought a replacement from another company, she issued a refund, which was processed and received within 3 business days. Well done, Yana!

I’m a returning customer to Homary. Although it’s a long delivery time, the furniture is beautiful.
My second purchase hasn’t been straight forward and this was more with the logistic company, who notified me of a date for delivery that coincided with our holiday. I contact H (young) straight away who tried to pulled back the delivery, but due to the times. It was too late. We made sure there was someone there to accept the delivery, but none showed. The logistic co did confirm they pulled it back. Young explained that there maybe now an additional charge for re delivery which is disappointing, which is why I can’t give 5stars (not Youngs fault more so the business), however homary have been very honest and stayed in contact with me throughout this process with quick responses to my concerns and queries.
Our second delivery has now been paid and we are now waiting for our furniture to arrive.
Our advice - it’s a long wait for delivery and make sure if not you that you have someone to accept, so you aren’t hit with an additional cost and another 6 wk delivery time.

I have bought an island to compliment my kitchen and I have seen some beautiful pieces on Homary so I thought why not ordering there. When I received the package I was really happy, unfortunately there was a small defect that was hindering the use of a drawer so I communicated that to the Homary team and it has been beautifully handled by Julia, amazing job and thank you!

We received a delivery date for when we were going to be away on holiday, but DX would only let us change it to 2 days later when we would still be away. No good with a curbside delivery! I contacted Homary and their customer services rep Morgan spoke to logistics and managed to get the delivery rescheduled, even though we only had one working day until it was about to arrive. Great experience.

Kitchen island first delayed by 8 weeks. Then i get told its delivered and it hasnt tis been sent back to sender. then its taken another 2 weeks for it be delivered. Then once it has been delivered, I opened to box as i was having handy men ready to assemble (i was told i would get £100 compensation for the first issue with delivery). Now the second delivery arrives - the stone work top is broken and now i have to rearrnage for the handymen to put it up for me. I called and was told i would get another £100 compensation (still haven't received the first) and it would take 5 weeks to get the new stone worktop that arrived broken.
i then got fed up and said give me the £200 as agreed and then swap the stone material for the engineered wood which is a £300 downgrade and refund me the £300 as the engineered wood is in stock and the stone isnt. They then said yes.
I chased them after 3 days finally got an answer and was told i can have a new wooden top bit, but i explained there is a stone feature as a side panel, and so that needs replacing for the engineered wood material otherwise ill have a mismatch of materials.
Then it became the biggest issue in the world, and they cant arrange collection (this thign weighs about 114kg and thats just one box, the other weighs like 70kg). i paid extra to have it delivered to my room of choice
just wasted 45 mins on the phone explaining this, saying i want this one returned, the cheaper engineered wood given as its in stock and ill get it sooner and then the compensation for delivery (£200) and the money for the difference in price of stone or wood (£300) - its quite simple
he then said he cant make these decisions after offering them in the first place. hiding behind its their policy and they cant arrnage a collection.
these people give faulty prodcuts and STEAL money. do not shop with them!!! this kitchen island has taken 6 months of my life when i wish i just went to b&q to start with.

Ordered a black coffee table, received in a good condition but maybe due to shipping got some marks on one of the edge.. Contacted support and Iris helped to resolve the issue within minutes.

Order a wall clock, c never arrived, they sent me a false tracking number that never worked, then tried telling me delivery was attempted but there was a problem with delivery address! Ring doorbell picked up no such attempt, and no card posted! Still waiting almost a month after order! Very poor service!
