Difficulty when assembling product

I had difficulty when assembling the product and had to contact Customer Service. The lady who dealt with me was called Alicia. She was extremely polite, very efficient and provided a swift solution to the problem. I am delighted with the product I purchased.

Patient, knowledgeable and courteous

Charlie was extremely patient when dealing with my enquiry for home contents insurance, clearly explaining certain areas of the policy I was unsure about. Although he was, apparently, new in dealing with home contents he was very knowledgeable in this field.

Problem solved

After uploading a photo and submitting the test result, I received an email to say the submission had been rejected as the QR code could not be recognised, which I suspected as the image was quite blurred. I contacted Vivo and spoke to a lady by the name of SIGNE, who was most helpful and resolved the issue immediately.

Very good customer service

Very good customer service. It was necessary to extend the 60 day duration on my policy due to remaining in Spain as a result of COVID-19; to date this has been extended on four different occasions, two of which were given to me with no premium, due to the pandemic, and twice which incurred a premium, understandable as flights back to the UK resumed but I still felt unsafe to travel.
