Lost my parcel

Im missing a Parcel for the last few weeks. The seller has receipt of sending but its lost somewhere. Its been at the warehouse since Sept 17th? No idea what the problem is but I may or may not get it on October 18th. I don't need it anymore

Great Furniture

If they didn't use DHL it would have been a 5* Terrible customer service!
Homary were great and the goods were perfect but the delivery experience was awful. The help team, especially Young, were fantastic. They did everything right on their part

Missing delivery!

I ordered something from Wowcher. They took my money and the company used were using DPD. I have waited in for 5 days and still no delivery. Despite the app telling me that the order would be here by August 7th. It's now August 11th! DPD are now saying they delivered my goods. So where's the photo that they always take?
The whole experience has been a disgrace. I will never order online again if DPD are the chosen delivery service. Their app is literally useless in my experience 🤬

Lost money!

Once you part with your money, they leave you to deal with the merchant, even when something goes wrong! I have been fobbed off for the last 6 days from a merchant that I bought from through Wowcher and so far I've lost over £100. Today I have been lied to 3 times. My goods never arrived yet I was told they were delivered.
If something looks too good to be true it probably is! Stay away.....I've been burnt now. Never again

Strange update....
Since writing this review, I've now had an email from wowcher saying the goods will come today. That's odd because I've been told they were delivered already. It seems that theres a lack of communication somewhere. So let's see if it comes today. Im tired with it all regardless, after waiting in for days!!!!

The bag was lovely

The bag was lovely. Good quality and very practical. It's a little tricky to use when wanting something out of it as it's so secure, but I got around it. Would love another one in another colour as it was so lovely.
Customer service is great, except they never answered my question in my second email. I got an answer first time but because they didn't answer exactly what my query was, I emailed again. Then they didn't answer at all. However, I've bought a few things from them and never had this issue so I would still use again in the future :)

Almost perfect service

I would have given a 5* but there was a delay in my return being refunded. However, as soon as I highlighted the issue, they sorted it out immediately and I got my refund within 24 hours :)
Would still use again as I've had no previous issues with other purchases.

Mixed feelings

My first order went well. Delivered on time etc. But tye second one didn't come. I waited a week before hearing anything, and then an email telling me it was out of stock. But then another email offering me the same item in the same colour and size, back for sale? Not reliable enough for me to order again.

Just appalling

They cancelled a flight and have made it extremely difficult to get a refund. They want all sorts of forms filled out. They dislike refunding when you book a flight through a third party. Appalling useless help on the chat help page. Every phone call is a different experience. They give you many different answers when calling.. none of which collaborate what a previous call entailed.
If you pay for a flight, surely, if its cancelled by them, they could automatically refund the original payment source? No, they keep your money in their account for as long as possible, gaining lots of interest in the process while the customer waits for their money. Never again! From now on, if I want a budget airline, I shall book elsewhere. Avoid!!!!
