After trying to discuss my problem with the “robot” voice I was passed to Julia. Julia was very understanding when I told her of our previous difficulty. We purchased a “smart” toilet some 5 years ago at an exhibition. The machine worked very well but leaked and our plumber found the leak in a component but the company has closed and we have been unable to resource a replacement. Julia was very understanding and did everything to reassure us that Homary could supply any issue with your product.

I was able to order the smallish quantities I can store. I really;lise I could save money per kilo with larger quantities but I just haven't got the space to store them. `if I had a niggle with GWD I would say I find the frequent emails with special offers a bit tedious. Once in a while I can accept but several times a month irks me.

I've been a very satisfied Toucanbox customer for several years. My granddaughters live in Luxembourg and have always been thrilled with the "boxes" they receive. During lockdown I've had to rely on the internet so see what they've done with each box. Before Covid-19 came along of course I was able to watch and help with any boxes that arrived while I was there with them. Each box has made a contribution to their creative talents over the years.

Parcel was left at our front door in our quiet cul-de-sac. This is quite normal these days with most courier services.

I have two granddaughters living in Europe. For at least two years Toucan have been sending boxes to our six year old. She loves getting her Toucan boxes. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The boxes have helped in so many ways. Her older sister has been involved whenever the project was extra demanding and Mum and Dad have been delighted with the high quality of the content of each box.

Textbook performance. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

Took up the Amazon Local offer and was absolutely delighted with the flowers. Friend sent photo of the flowers she got from us and they really were fabulous!
