I absolutely love this machine! It’s fantastic. The hot water is perfectly for hot drinks. I don’t even miss my kettle anymore! It looks perfect in my kitchen. From the easy purchase to the expert installation by the engineer, everything went smoothly. Customer service was brilliant. The engineer was incredibly skilled and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend this! 👌🏽

My recent experience at Optic Express in Sutton was unsatisfactory, particularly regarding the eye examination and the ophthalmologist prescription. I returned the incorrect prescription lenses, which costed me nearly £200, and decided never to return. But, Mathew a member of the team was exceptionally patient and understanding throughout this process. In contrast, the initial staff member who assisted me appeared unconcerned to my concerns. Although Mathew was unable to replace the incorrect lenses, he approached my situation with professionalism and attentiveness. I appreciate his diligent efforts in addressing my issues. I recently purchased a sofa bed from Daals and am pleased with the product. Quick delivery and the service was commendable; however, I recommend that the company consider implementing a little extra charge for a better delivery services for bulky items. The delivery men asked me to come downstairs to collect two bulky packages. I pleaded with them to at least help me to the elevator on the second floor, which they kindly did. I would definitely recommend Daals.

I purchased two dining chairs and a piece of wall decor from Homary which were delivered in separate packages. The packaging for the dining chairs was appalling and one chair arrived broken. I reached out to Homary's customer support and I was assisted by Iris who was amazing. I finally received a refund for the broken chair. I would recommend Homary and look forward to making future purchases.
