Operator Customer Service

I needed a clarification on estimated delivery date for my sofa bed, I had to concat the customer support. JULiA the customer service operator was so helpful and patient , she explained very clear and what to do if any delay would happens.
Usually you dont find this level of customer service and care . So I ahve to leave a 5 star review.

Level of incompetence is unbelievable.

I have never experienced such poor service as I have with UPS UK. This company consistently fails to honor their delivery commitments. Every time I receive an email and text confirming that my parcel will be delivered between 1:40 PM and 3:40 PM, only for nothing to happen. I can track the driver on the map and watch them drive past my house multiple times without stopping. By 6:45 PM, I get a message saying my delivery will be delayed by one business day. It's absolutely ridiculous!

Their customer service is terrible, and honestly, an AI could do a better job with clearer communication. I don't understand how they're still in business with this level of incompetence. It's beyond frustrating. If I could give zero stars, I would!

THE MOST USELESS "HELP LINE" EVER

I am writing to share my recent experience with the self-assessment helpline, which has raised some concerns.

I have encountered significant difficulty in accessing support through the helpline. The challenges include prolonged wait times to speak with a representative, inconsistent phone connections, and a lack of patience from the staff. On several occasions, after finally connecting with someone, the call was abruptly disconnected, necessitating a restart of the entire process.

This experience leads me to question the effectiveness of the self-assessment "help line" in its current form. It seems to fall short of providing the necessary assistance and support.

Given these challenges, consider that the availability of face-to-face service interactions could greatly enhance the quality of support, ensuring that issues are addressed more efficiently and effectively.

Beware of the hiding vet fees limits before you decide.

I recently purchased (jan 2023) Animal Friends Insurance for my pet and am incredibly disappointed. Despite paying a superior premium fee, the vet fee claim limits are incredibly low and I ended up losing out on £159.00 after paying the excess fee. I expected a lot more from Animal Friends Insurance, but they completely let me down. I would not recommend this insurance policy to anyone

IT'S A SCAM

IT'S A SCAM , DO NOT USE SERVICING STOP! After paid upfront for a full service + MOT fornthe next day. I received confirmation call that my car would be collected between 8am-10am. I waited for 3 hours and no call, email or message was sent informing about changes or delays . I had to chase the online chat and the customer advisor reassured that the driver was on the way, after 4 hours and 30 minutes of waiting I had to go through the online chat again and same thing , the drive is on his way. I gave up and went to another garage to do the service and MOT, had to cancel meetings, and no one even care to call to confirm if the car was collected. I proceed with formal complaint and addressed this company to ombudsman
