There is always room for improvement but they went out of their way to send me advanced anti colic bottles out of gesture since my daughter was having issues with a different tommee tippee bottle.

Due to the government shut down an my state having a back log with unemployment I am struggling with buying stuff for my baby that’s due in January.

The internal straw of my son’s favorite cup was lost at daycare. I contacted customer service and messaged with Nicholas who was super helpful. There are no replacement parts available but he sent me a replacement cup! I wasn't expecting such great customer service and you saved the day for my little guy. I can't thank you enough!!

I purchased a two pack of the Tommee Tippee Starter Cup in February 2025. In September, the straws started falling apart while in use - my son would be happily drinking his milk and then it would stop coming out because the straw had detached. I reached out to Tommee Tippee support in hopes of getting or purchasing replacement straws. Unfortunately they did not have any parts available. The support person who helped me, Debbie, was fantastic and is sending us a different cup as a replacement. I find it frustrating that the cups stop working after only 7 months. They are the only straw cups we found that are truly leakproof and easy enough for our son to drink out of when he was smaller, so they have been our cup of choice for milk ever since we got rid of bottles. But it is disappointing that they don’t last longer!

My wife lost a part to our son’s water bottle and I was looking to buy a replacement. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the specific part in stock. The representative asked me for some information and then gave me a brand new bottle. Super grateful for the help!

The customer service team with Tommee Tippee was phenomenal! I reached out to them about a concern with a product I was using and they immediately shipped replacement parts. I will continue to use Tommee Tippee for as long as possible and will begin to use them for baby shower gifts as well! Excellent customer service!

Rowan was quick to respond to my inquiry about replacement valves for our cups that my daughter’s daycare misplaced during washing. While they didn’t have the valves to replace mine (which I would have gladly paid for), Rowan ordered me a replacement set of cups. Above and beyond customer service for a problem that wasn’t their fault or their responsibility to fix!

Shortly after placing an order for my free spare parts, Anna from Tommee Tippee’s parent care sent me a very helpful and personalized confirmation email to let me know my order was on the way, with the exception of the parts that are currently out of stock but that they will be sent as soon as they are back in stock.
