Impressive service.

We had an issue with a few of our bottles and a teething little guy. They took care of it and helped us get back to normal.

They have always been an amazing company it seems. We have bought so many of their products and will continue to do so into the future.

Charged for No Service?

You all charged me, but refunded my deposit, even though no one ever showed up. It said I'd get everything refunded, but now I'm battling you for over $400 when I didn't even have anyone show up.

EDIT: The company made it right after I called to ask about what happened and why I haven't gotten refunded... They refunded the whole amount.
