We had an issue with a few of our bottles and a teething little guy. They took care of it and helped us get back to normal.

My cat chewed up one of my air tubes for my pump I had bought from Walmart Jenna was so nice and offered to send me those parts and any other parts I needed the customer service was so amazing and I love my pump it’s the only one I have found that works for me thank you tommee tippee!

I have been needing replacement parts for my hands free pump and I have had no luck finding them. I contacted tommeee tippee on the website & I was able to receive the parts I needed free of charge which was such a relief. It was fast and simple ! Would definitely recommend this brand to a friend !

I was having an issue with the tomee tippee sports water bottle lid that I purchased from Walmart. Walmart is a hassle in itself so I reached out to tommee tippee’s customer service directly. And was just looking for a replacement lid to solve my issues for my toddler. The agent I was emailing with was so kind enough to replace the cup with a different one that will hopefully end up working out better for my girl! It was one of the easiest customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Will definitely be purchasing more from this brand in the future because of this.

Thanks to Antony. He is the best. I had issues with my baby bottles with a ton of questions. Antony was professional and very patient with me. He listened to my concerns one by one. He was very knowledgeable and able to resolve all of my issues. Tommee Tippee is the best and further more customer service is excellent. When I learned they didn’t sell replacement valves for the cups I use for my toddler I was surprised that they just offered to send me a few cups on them to make up for it! Now that is great customer service!

I have contacted them or 8 times now and each time I ask for tracking a different person tells me the replacement hasn’t been placed but they will place it now and I should have tracking in 2-7 days … I wait the days and I get the same response …. So not only am I not receiving tracking . MULTIPLE PEOPLE are not helping me and send Ming a replacement .
If I could buy the part i need I would but they do not sell the part on their site
