First time I sold a phone everything…

First time I sold a phone everything went great. The second phone I took to the machine (my old iPhone 12) I got all the way through the process and I accepted the offer but before getting paid, the machine froze with my phone stuck inside of it, I had to wait on the phone for an hour and and a half before I was able to get to talk to a representative while standing inside the grocery store. Then it took another 20 to 30min before they could get the bin open so I could get my iphone back. Then the day after that incident I took my same iphone to another machine that did not freeze, but the machine said that it was a fraudulent transaction. WTH?! So I called them and after a 45min wait, I spoke with a representative who told me the reason why it was saying it was fraudulent was because in their system, my iphone had been claimed and I was paid. Which I explained what happened the night before and asked them if they could correct that info so I could finally sell them my iPhone because I did not get paid, and I was told that there was nothing they could do.

Very helpful!

Shortly after placing an order for my free spare parts, Anna from Tommee Tippee’s parent care sent me a very helpful and personalized confirmation email to let me know my order was on the way, with the exception of the parts that are currently out of stock but that they will be sent as soon as they are back in stock.
