Had a really bad experience with this company, one of its products and the after-sale service.

I paid 89€ for the microphone Hollyland Mark C1. Only after three months, it stopped working as expected and the sound was getting lower and louder randomly. After creating an after-sale request and sending the proofs, they ask me to send the product to Munich for review.

I had to pay the shipping fee (almost 15€ extra) for sending it to another country from mine (Spain), and even if the issue is not on my side (it is on the bad quality of the product they sold me) they still tell me that they won't reimburse the shipping fee - plus they don't give me other warranty.

I don't want this product anymore, and I don't want to buy anything from this company anymore, but they don't give me any solution or option (ideally to give me my money back and they can keep their defective product).

I DO NOT recommend this company, it does not treat the clients as we deserve.

Absolutely love everything about this package that comes with so much value. The full bundle comes with all the adapters and receivers for lightning, usb c, and camera cold shoe. There are multiple magnet attachments that have excellent grip. The necklace magnet is such a nice touch.
I used the mics for the first time on a professional shoot for a travel show with the host interviewing a business owner and the low profile easy set up was so nice. No wires or chunky devices to try and clip on just these button mics with the easy magnet and done.
The audio levels looked good on the camera and when i got back to edit the footage the audio sounded perfectly clear.
Add the portable charging case and travel pouch and this is my new go to system for audio from now on. Best value on the market.

I'd read the great reviews, but I was still very happily surprised by just how great the mics work and sound.

Great product works as advertised. The only downside is the I wish there was some type of housing or attachments that wouldn't fall off if placing the mic on participants of sports such and football, soccer or baseball.

Ease of order! Shipping info accurate! Product is working flawlessly for Cassidy's Adventures on YouTube! Lark M2 is a wonderful microphone set!

It was a quick delivery.. I had a problem w the receiver as it was broken and not working.. Reason for a 5 star is because you guys decided to send a brand new receiver at no cost. It has not come in yet but hopefully within the next few days it'll be here.

The transmitter does not pair with all the phones we needed it to pair with. Sometimes the mic just doesn't work at all.

My item has not shipped. I receive tracking info last week but the item has not been dropped off at FedEx yet. Now the item is listed as sold out in the website. I didn’t receive any update so who know when I will get this package….

I ordered a dual headset kit. I asked to have the master headset swapped for a single ear headset. They obliged. They switched it for a remote headset, instead of a master, so none of the kit will work. As of now, I have a $1300 paperweight, and absolutely no response to any call, email, or website chat.

I’m genuinely impressed by the quality of these headsets. I got six of the C1 pros and so far it’s been absolutely a pleasure to use on set. They connect immediately, the battery lasts all day and I’m able to communicate to my department seamlessly. The price was also excellent.

The team is great and explained their product very well. When I ordered my product, We received it quickly with no issues.
