purchased a PTA1000BY amplifier to replace my dead one from years ago. There was absolutely no information on how to connect the CD input and the speaker output. No information about connectors, plugs, etc. Tried to call twice and got an old message saying they were closed for a holiday weeks ago. Tried to email but no response. Unless you are an electrical engineer or experienced stereo buff, do not purchase from this company, there is no support.
The product that I received was not what was advertised. So the product was not even capable of TWS or true wireless stereo - the button did not exist on the units. On top of that both units arrived in clean boxes, but came out of the box, each with dented grills. Meaning they had to have been packed with the dents already there. Upon inspection the radio section in both units did not work as a final topping to the bad experience. I have also now submitted two requests via their web form for return with no response at all, and am waiting until the holiday is over so I can try to call their number as the next step to try to return these unit and get my money back. I am very disappointed in this purchase and experience so far. - Todd

I have tried for a week to contact you people thru your telephone and e-mail and on your automated system in your on line website and you refuse to reply to me. I can’t even return these items because your website is junk along with your phone system. Lousy customer service!!!!

Arrived on time and packaged well.
I didnt purchase the most expensive microphone stands and the microphone holders are clips which are poor quality and the springs came out when I was assembling the stands. I will upgrade to a better quality microphone saddle.
Haven't had time to hook it up yet , but I bought 2. One I'm using and the other i bought for a friend who wanted one. Both got here within a week. But the shipping could use work due to both boxes being crushed in the mail.

I was able to shop rather quickly. I had wanted a black component and spoke to a representative but was unable to get them to understand and fine me one so I opted for the white.
No customer support, no number to call to get answers. Worthless product. Sorry I bought this item.
