No way to get my money back

I did a subscription to try the service cause they say you have a 7 day period. They charged me 99€, and now I cannot see any option to cancel and get my money back. I follow all the steps they mention, but it is not getting me anywhere. No chat, no way to contact them.

I feel upset, disappointed and cheated on. I hope they can give my money back, but so far I would not recommend this to anyone if they don't give me a solution.

Really bad experience - DO NOT recommend

Had a really bad experience with this company, one of its products and the after-sale service.

I paid 89€ for the microphone Hollyland Mark C1. Only after three months, it stopped working as expected and the sound was getting lower and louder randomly. After creating an after-sale request and sending the proofs, they ask me to send the product to Munich for review.

I had to pay the shipping fee (almost 15€ extra) for sending it to another country from mine (Spain), and even if the issue is not on my side (it is on the bad quality of the product they sold me) they still tell me that they won't reimburse the shipping fee - plus they don't give me other warranty.

I don't want this product anymore, and I don't want to buy anything from this company anymore, but they don't give me any solution or option (ideally to give me my money back and they can keep their defective product).

I DO NOT recommend this company, it does not treat the clients as we deserve.

Abusones. No lo recomiendo!

Compré un paquete de proteínas de 2.5kg hace exactamente un año por valor de 47€. Justo un año después el mismo está a 82.99€ - me parece realmente un abuso subir al doble de precio el mismo producto en un año. Luego es posible aplicar un descuento para que se te quede más barato, y así vuelva a su precio "original", pero ya se han asegurado antes de inflar el precio el doble. Nos tomáis por tontos o qué?! Esto debería estar prohibido.

I bought a 2,5kg packet of proteins one year ago and the price was 47€. Right one year after I see that the same packet has a price of 82,99€, more than double!! They give you the possibility to apply a code to get it cheaper and it seems like they are discounting a lot, but the price will still remain above its original price. This marketing strategy should not even be allowed, stop lying to your customers!!

Lamento muchísimo esta situación, debido al cambio en el mercado los precios han variado, hemos intentado retrasar el cambio de precio lo máximo posible pero el cambio ha sido necesario debido a la subida de precios de los materiales y porque no hemos querido comprometer en absoluto la calidad de nuestros productos.

Miserable service attention. Totally upset with this brand.

Miserable service attention. Totally upset.

I keep trying to contact this company in order to do a return in one of the products (order ~154668) and I am not getting any feedback and they do not pick up the phone. I am desperated and don't know whether I should just send the product back to their offices and pray for getting my money back.
They do not contact my emails, whatsapp or calls but I see they reply here to the different opinions. Somebody can suggest me what I can do??!

Please help!!!!

Miserable service attention, no way to contact them and return an order!!

Hello,

I want to give back a coat and I have been trying for 4 days now - the website tells me it is not returnable while I accomplish all conditions for that. I have tried to contact them - no way to achieve it yet: I have written them on whatsapp more than once (no reply), I have also written to them via email (no reply). I have called several times to the phone number and they were off all times (even if I was calling within their working hours) except for one time where I needed to wait for 40 minutes in queue to talk with them, and when I was the first one in the queue I was kicked out of the call with no reasons.

I have very few days to be in the period to be able to give it back, and I can't just find the way to contact them. It seems like they are making it difficult so that I get out of the return period and afterwards they will probably say that it is not possible anymore.

Miserable service attention, I do not recommend this brand at all!

Hope the situation changes.
