The company is staffed by individuals who ARE there to assist its customers. Messages are ALWAYS responded to quickly and orders are processed promptly and sent quickly and safely. There isn't much to add to this. I've
been a Hollyland customer ever since I found them at a trade show and will continue to their customer! That was three or four years ago! I also need to add one other thing: their products are wonderful!

Adorama's phone support was excellent, especially Stanley K. I need a replacement part for my Flashpoint shoe flash and can't find it on the Adorama's website. I called for phone support and got Stanley K. At first he found the part but wasn't sure of its compatibility with my R2 Zoom Li-On III flash and he told me so. We hung up and about five minutes later, Stanley called me back to tell me that the part is completely compatible with my flash as well as my V1 Flashpoint. So, I place my order for three and Stanley took my order; that was this past Sunday. Yesterday, Wednesday, I got my parts and I installed it and my Flashpoint now operates as well as when I first got it! Thank you Stanley K!!!!!!
