I love it
I love it. I have two. Humidity and genetics are an issue but do your research and you can easily pull what they estimate. I always harvest a h.p. at minimum.

Poor communication, lazy business practices
I feel like your team didn’t really look at the problem I was having. I mentioned that there was no air bubbles coming from the air stone. Leaving the water still and stagnant. I was told the water pump was the problem, and you sent one out. Neither of the hoses connected to the water pump go to the air stone. So why in the world would you think that would fix the problem. You eventually did send me an air pump, but one of the rubber brackets holding it in place, and insulating the vibration, broke during the replacement. As it is quite tight in there. So, while I finally have a working pump ( I had a plant in the machine that entire month plus it took you to send the right part, and I had to buy a supplemental air system off of Amazon) it’s down a rubber bracket. Your support team also has a tendency to just send me articles instead of answering questions. I’m paying a subscription fee to ask you questions. I’d appreciate if you answered them. If you want to supplement your answer with an article to further expand upon what you’re telling me great. But, it feels lazy to send me on a research mission instead of answering a question. If I wanted to research it, I would have, instead of asking you. Also, a lot of your instructional videos on your website and on YouTube, are for old out date products. Like the video showing you how to calibrate the ph sensor I bought from you. Your support team gave me different instructions and ph requirements than your video. So I unnecessarily bought the wrong type of ph buffer powder, because I followed your online instructions, only to be given different instructions by support with different ph levels, requiring me to spend more money. If I could go back in time, I would not purchase your product! I would start with a different company, and different tent setup. Y’all missed the mark on a lot!
I regret it!
The customer service needs an overhaul and upgraded. The box itself isn’t built as good as they say because my light panel went out after a month and now it leaks often. I really am thinking about selling it because it’s not the OG edition where you can take more control of fans, light schedule and more.
My Hey Abby is a soil edition
My Hey Abby is a soil edition. The app used to have my box as a soil edition. Then all of a sudden is says hydroponics. I have contacted customer support and all they do is send me an owners manual. Which and read and NO WHERE could I find how to switch your box on the app! 🤬 I am going to delete my account and try from the start! Funny, I grew 2 successful plants and now my seed is sprouted and ready to go with a non working box.

I just wanted to say that Celina needs a raise! She helped me out yesterday with an order that I was freaking out about. She was calm, cool, and collect about my situation. She was was quick to respond to my email and my problem was solved within minutes! This will be my 6th grow and I couldn't be happier with HeyAbby and people like Celina!

I’d buy a Grow tent instead of atleast a Grow box from a company that sells grow tents also.
When I first got my Hey Abby the customer service and the product worked fine. My first grow went off good but didn’t yield what they said it could. I go to try to start my second grow and that’s when everything fell apart, it’s seems like customer service isn’t there to help you anymore. The fans don’t work like they should, no matter how many different airstones I try to use, it still don’t produce the oxygen it needs for the plant. I hate that I wasted all the money I did on this grow box because it’s not worth it. The nutrients are garbage, so if you do decide to buy one of these know this… you’re on you’re own to grow, better just go with a different nutrient for your plant and figure out a different air pump so your plant has enough oxygen because Hey Abby’s air pump don’t last but one grow if that.

Buy the Hey Abby but expect to be on your own when it comes to "customer service". No one responds and IF they do they send some kind of tutorial that has nothing to do with the problem you're having. And they want you to pay for a subscription that claims you get one on one help. You cannot reach any customer service so please don't pay for help you can't get. Just use the pro mode and save yourself a huge headache. I don't know who is in charge of customer service but I think they're smoking too much of their own Hey Abby product. And do not pay attention to the drivel they'll write in response to my review it means nothing.
Fast Results & Can Do Attitude
I emailed support on Saturday Morning Sept 13. Around 1:00 pm, I received a response from Celina (Support) about my initial email for help to fix the mistake "I" made. (move my app back to flowering). She was pleasant, very knowledge able of what they could do to fix it and the time frame it would take. She assured me of the lighting levels would be fine for the stage of growth and nothing would interfere with my plant and she took care of it. Life is good! A little reassurance goes a long way!

My experience was great so great I think I've bought almost every add on for my box my opinion still stands it's one of the best customer service I've experienced ifnot the absolute best took a learning curve to get it working right but after that I became thoroughly impressed and have encouraged a few others to pick one up

Shipped me a unit with a warped cover that lets all of the light through. I contacted customer support and they blamed shipping and essentially told me tough luck.
Customer service won't replace. Beware of ordering from this company.
I recieved a damaged package, with no refund yet!!
I recieved a damaged package, the post office refused to return it. I made contact with you via email as there is no way to talk to anyone at heyabby, followed there instructions as possible with NO RESULTS OR REPLY. So I have an unopened damaged package and out of $75.00 plus. Good for me I was waiting to recieve this package before purchasing a machine. It's been at least a month!!
