Boom 3

Bought a boom 3 in July, can't understand the negative reviews, yes the fan is a little noisy but not that bad, the sound is fantastic the picture quality is very good,i can't comment on customer service as I've never had to use them. All round an excellent projector and well worth the money. Recommended

We bought our first product in januari

We bought our first product in januari. Few months later in June the lamp started to fade after a few hours the lamp died. Contacted costumor service and a replacement unit was shipped. I understand completely that a electronic device can faile. The replacement unit arrived and worked but the brightness was not the same. Today 07/09/2025 room was dark and the image was not clear and very light. Now i restartded the device and no light. Starting to believe that this is a manufacturing error. Mailed costumor service again and waiting for their reply

Loved the first projector, I had to get another 🙂

Easy to use website. I purchased my second projector recently (one projector for art purposes and the other for watching media). Both projectors have been a wonderful step up from projectors that were purchased 7 years ago.
Shipping was very speedy!

Great Projector

Number one, good instructions! I bought one of the cheap projectors before and could not make it work with their Chinese app. This Boom 3 projector is a joy to work with, all onboard Android software. I was trying to use Samsung Dex with the cord attached to my phone. What really works is using Smart View in connected devices without the cord and with wi-fi turned on. This is how you can do a true phone screen mirror and whip out your presentation. Quality projector, responsive remote.

Aurzen EAZZE D1 Pro Smart Portable Projector failed after 4 months!

Initial review below 05/MAY/2025 -

I bought the Aurzen EAZZE D1 Pro Smart Portable Projector which was great at first, and after 4 months of light use it has now failed with no image from the projector.

On reading reviews from other buyers, this is a very common issue, with other buyers having even received replacement projectors from Aurzen to find the replacement failing in the same way.

I've just contacted Aurzen customer support to hopefully get a replacement as the projector is only 4 months old, but after reading reviews of other buyers replacements failing, I'm left with a negative feeling of myself experiencing the same outcome. It's a shame as the projector was amazing for 4 months?

I got a very quick response from Aurzen customer support and they are sending me a new replacement unit at no cost to myself.

Fingers crossed the replacement will last longer than 4 months.

I will continue to update my review accordingly.

Updated to 3☆, and hopefully to 5☆ if the replacement projector can last longer than 4 months.

Aurzen customer support team have assured me that the projector comes with a 2 year warranty from the original purchase date, and if I do experience any issues with my replacement projector it will be covered in this 2 year period. Amazing customer support so far 👌👍

My replacement projector arrived quickly, on the exact date that customer support had informed me of.

All working and great to be up and running again 👌

Once I get past the 4 month mark, I will be more confident in it's longevity.

Unfortunately after 4-5 months the replacement projector started to fail the same way as my first projector.

Its a shame as the projector is a great device, but obviously useless without an image. This time before the image has totally failed I adjusted the brightness to maximum, which has allowed the projector image to be visible for slightly longer, but not to the point that the image is watchable.

On contacting Aurzen customer support, they were quick to respond, they accepted the responsibility to resolve the issue. They offered a refund which I kindly accepted, and the refund was processed straight away.

I've changed my review to 5 stars as the projector might not have lasted as expected, but with the 2 year warranty, Aurzen proving they are a truly responsible company, and having amazing customer support, they deserve a full 5 star review. 👌👍
