Wrong Item Sent
Wrong picture sent, notified them & told to take pictures of the item. Since then no response to emails or phone calls.
Returned item today (24th) at my own expense, which for their mistake, is totally wrong in my opinion.
Lets see if I get my money back!?

Betty mccoo throw
Bought black n white Angus mcoo the noo throw amazing quality and comfy - so bought betty McCoy throw, assuming it would be the same! However the quality is terrible - very thin and not really a throw more a micro fibre cloth feel to it so disappointed with it but if I send it back they charge which is ridiculous but I kinda think I will it’s so poor quality I can’t even describe the difference!

Artwork wonderful - zero customer service
Artwork and products are wonderful, no doubt about that, but customer service is non-existent.
Tried to buy a 40x40 canvas and the system told me I would get free shipping - but charged me £10.99. I called to query this and the customer service line hangs up on you after saying no agents currently available. So I emailed - 5 days later still waiting for a reply.
The canvas was a present so in the end I went ahead with the purchase anyway and paid the shipping charges, but not happy bunny. It had better get here in perfect condition other wise I will be back on to change my review.
Lovely items and when I had an issue…
Lovely items and when I had an issue with an order it was resolved very quickly, my only issue is when you have a discount code and spend over a certain amount they take the free postage away which is very unfair.
Chopping broad peeling already
Chopping broad peeling already, waste of money. Only lasted a few weeks even though I only ever wiped it with a damp cloth. ordered splash back they sent it to my old address, no option to change address or cancel immediately after the order is placed, emailed 3 minutes after ordering, didn't reply for days and said it's already been posted! Really not happy with the quality of the picture on the glass it's got a canvas look to it which is really quite awfully looking rather than the smooth finish like you get on the cardboard prints! It looks worse the longer you look at it.

I was concerned about ordering when reading the reviews but my Son persuaded me to 'go for it!' So pleased I did...40x40 Kim McZoo canvas has arrived within a week of ordering in perfect condition ☺️
Canvas not as advertised...no response
I have bought several canvases and products over the years and others have bought lots for me and I have always been pleased with the quality and service.
However, I received my 6th 30x30 canvas which is noticably different in size to my other canvases. When I measured it, it was half an inch smaller than advertised so looks odd against my others. I have emailed their help desk and got no reply as yet, I have tried ringing but the call just gets disconnected so the customer service is non existent.
I certainly won't be purchasing anymore products as a result of this.

Poor quality goods. The purse is damaged and I wanted to return it as well as other items that are poor quality for the price. I cannot get in touch with customer services at all. No response to emails. Phone calls cut off after a message. Facebook signposts you to email or call!! There is something seriously wrong with this company!! 😐

Terrible Quality canvas
Terrible Quality canvas! I have bought numerous Steven Brown canvases over the years and always been happy with the quality. I bought another one that arrived today and I was shocked at the poor quality. I've tried to call ( call is dropped after the automated message) email (email bounced back due to email box being full) and tweeted (ignored). I want to return this or I will raise a dispute with my bank. Avoid this company as its clearly gone downhill!!

Ordered flip flops 2 pairs they arrived but quality was poor so I sent back they have been received as I tracked them.
I also ordered cushions at the same time but realised they were wrong size so cancelled order, no response from them, I called number but after message it cuts off and emails are telling me they have my email. The cushions arrived in a standard thin black back, the bag was torn and cushions visible. I tried to call again and got not response. I sent the cushions back which cost me £13.00 again no response from them. I am £228 out of pocket and am devastated as that is a lot of money they have taken off my credit card, I am going to put a dispute in with my card provider so many people have the same issue, I wished I read reviews first

Ordered a canvas for a birthday present . They sent the wrong one. Phone number on website not in use !
Takes days to answer emails and I explained was fir a present and they had sent the wrong thing . told a replacement will be sent urgently .
3 weeks later no replacement then told they don’t keep stock of anything and all made to order and the correct item will be sent urgently .
After another 10 days , I replied and said to cancel replacement and I will return the incorrect item they sent .
They cancelled the order, so, after 4 weeks hasn’t even sent the item I had originally ordered and incorrectly told me they had sent it !
I’ve spent a few hundred pounds with Steven brown and like the products but won’t be buying anything else .

Won’t admit they have had a data leak
For months I’ve been receiving e-mails claiming to be Steven Brown Art offering art at 80% off. I’ve called and called but no notice has been taken and they claimed no data leak has happened 🤬. Don’t leave personal info with them

Following a complaint which was…
Following a complaint which was thankfully resolved I ordered another 2 items. Only one came! The tracking number and dispatch order numbers are the same for both items re 2/2 items.so it's showing as delivered! Luckily my security camera clearly shows only one item being delivered. But it's concerning that so many people are complaining about missing items. I've notified company and hopefully it will be resolved but it's seriously making me consider any future orders!!
Item not delivered
Item not delivered, no updates, can't get through on phone, emails have a generic response. Item paid for on 14th February at a cost of £79.99. Thoroughly dissatisfied and saddened by this company. Have filed a case through PayPal. I should have read reviews first.
