RTS meter exchange
On 4th April 2025 my meter was exchanged, I was told it would be registered straight away, some 8 weeks later I'm still waiting. I have missed out on being able to do a fixed tariff, at least twice. A complaint was raised, still not have any contact from EDF about this.
The ineptitude of this company is causing financial difficulty, but for EDF it's about profit before people. I'm off to talk to Octopus.
