RTS meter exchange

On 4th April 2025 my meter was exchanged, I was told it would be registered straight away, some 8 weeks later I'm still waiting. I have missed out on being able to do a fixed tariff, at least twice. A complaint was raised, still not have any contact from EDF about this.
The ineptitude of this company is causing financial difficulty, but for EDF it's about profit before people. I'm off to talk to Octopus.

Not received one item

Not received one item, but money taken from my account.
Then sat in the queue for just over an hour on 12/3, to get to 2 in the queue, then cut off. Total shambles of a company.

Staff not listening …

Due to the local Halifax updating incorrectly one of the account holders contact address, their mail is now being sent to the incorrect address. The contact centre are giving misleading information not wanting to assist.
Now having to take time off to sort out the incompetence of Halifax staff.

Still waiting for my order

Still waiting for my order, which is apparently with Amazon and has been for over a week!! Tried phoning Steven Brown contact number, no answer and it cuts you off. No response to emails.
Very poor company, will not be using again and would not recommend.
Will be attempting to get my money back via bank refund.
