Sent the wrong item so emailed and they replied asking if I could send a picture of wrong item which I duly did even though it was not my error. Now 5 days on and no reply tried calling all always come up call transfer failed. Item was a gift to take to Ireland tomorrow which is not going to happen now. Quality of the prints I also ordered are paper thin now which before hand were on thick card and I have a red line around the whole outer border from the cutting machine. Steven Brown art used to be quality but now it’s just shoddy and won’t be ordering again. Very very poor customer service considering it was they’re error in the first place

Alan Shields what a man,what a legend. After a disastrous dealing with slater hogg we got Alan onboard. What a difference from the start. Couldn’t do enough to help us sell our childhood home which was a heartbreaking thing for us. Totally true to his word and many laughs along the way I can’t praise him enough.
