Customer service terrible !
Ordered a canvas for a birthday present . They sent the wrong one. Phone number on website not in use !
Takes days to answer emails and I explained was fir a present and they had sent the wrong thing . told a replacement will be sent urgently .
3 weeks later no replacement then told they don’t keep stock of anything and all made to order and the correct item will be sent urgently .
After another 10 days , I replied and said to cancel replacement and I will return the incorrect item they sent .
They cancelled the order, so, after 4 weeks hasn’t even sent the item I had originally ordered and incorrectly told me they had sent it !
I’ve spent a few hundred pounds with Steven brown and like the products but won’t be buying anything else .
Shocking customer service !

Can honestly say the best solicitors I’ve used for a house sale . Harish and rashmi kept me updated every week right up to completion and always accessible by phone .
Thanks for making my move much less stressful ! Definitely recommend .

Had these to fit a new boiler for me as were recommended by a friend , shopped around and and found this to be a good deal , they answered my questions and seemed professional and friendly people , made up with new boiler and price - thank you x

After ordering a shower screen , I tried to contact the couriers to tell them I was unable yo take the delivery as I was at work all day .
It was just left by my front door on a terraced house for anyone to help themselves to !

My order was apparently dispatched but never arrived , spoilt my sorbets day a bit as I’d told him
To expect it . Still hasn’t come 5 days later

Great service , cheapest I could find and delivered the next day

Good size gym with good equipment . Sanitizer squirted containers always empty and cardio equipment are not cleaned regularly , cross trainers etc are dusty !
