Had spray foam in the house they made…

Had spray foam in the house they made us pay for an expensive roof report , roof timbers were fine, spray foam not causing any damage. NatWest said they would give us a mortgage if it wasn't removed. So it's not actually case by case basis like their website says and I wasted money on roof report they ignored the findings of! They don't differentiate between open and closed cell. Government backed roof insulation was a waste of time and money install and removal costs! Complaint to customer service was a waste of time too cus all they really said was that they were just following a "policy" that they wouldn't let me read! Also lied to me about not accepting a certificate but wanted a second roof survey (more of my money wasted) . Certificate was accepted with no problems!

Chopping broad peeling already

Chopping broad peeling already, waste of money. Only lasted a few weeks even though I only ever wiped it with a damp cloth. ordered splash back they sent it to my old address, no option to change address or cancel immediately after the order is placed, emailed 3 minutes after ordering, didn't reply for days and said it's already been posted! Really not happy with the quality of the picture on the glass it's got a canvas look to it which is really quite awfully looking rather than the smooth finish like you get on the cardboard prints! It looks worse the longer you look at it.

Loft Spray foam is a scam do not buy it

Sales person pressure sold and said there would be no issue with a re mortgage this was a lie. Had to spend £900 on a roof survey and £4000 on removal which is on top of the 3.5k is cost to install it, do not get spray foam insulation and do not buying anything else off them, it's a scam they get you to install it with them then they charge you to remove it too, should be free because of the false sales promises!! Banks don't allow remortgages in houses with spray foam insulation! House is hotter on the summer not colder!

That's not a helpful reply! "A colleague you wish me not to name publicly" gave me a removal quote, so you obviously do removal as well even got a bogus 30% discount too! No contact for over a week, it's a joke. Obviously you didn't read what I put I can't get a remortgage while I have spray foam in the roof! Which exact lenders do allow it?!! Which rics surveyors did they use?I've already sent all the relevant paper to the surveyors! Made no difference with your approved bba certificate! Is 75% a fact or a number you plucked out of the air? Still had many problems with the foam and remortgage which your sales person assured us would not be a problem! More lies! Your Sales people just wanted the commission they certainly do not deal in facts! Home logic read my updated review and reported me for naming a colleague as a breach of trustpilot reviews but can't be bothered to update thier reply. Definitely a con.

Edit they do spray foam removal bits it's not advertised, paid but now refusing to answer emails the phone or complaints not bothered to send the certificate through!! No wonder they were £600 cheaper than the other companies!!

Pushchair broken again pull ring to…

Wheel and side arm broken previously. Pushchair broken again pull ring to fold chair down fell off. Luckily it's still got 4 months left on the guarantee! Customer service never answered emails so here's the bad reviews to prompt a response. Email sent 10 July, no response yet. I swear customer service from this company is actually the worst I've ever had, this makes twice they have sent parcels to my old address!

Waited 4 months and still no fibre…

Waited 4 months and still no fibre broadband inside the house the cable fitted outside in January is a trip hazard! Been on I've chat for over an hour this morning 3 advisors as it kept disconnecting and still not complaint reference number or engineer booking! And still no update over the last 4 months , very poor communication and the complaints procedure through online chat doesn't work! No resolution provided! Still waiting and answered to the delay

Super Brit 2

Super Brit 2 , frame bent and seat attachment broken. only 3 years old, emailed customer service about the warranty over a week ago and they haven't bothered to respond. After sales customer service is very bad, would not recommend!

I submitted the extra information yesterday, you still haven't bothered to reply to my email!! You sent the box to my old house, I'm not going to drive 4 hours to collect it!

It's not easy to fit if you have copper…

It's not easy to fit if you have copper pipes.

What would actually be helpful would be in you had the option to include the fittings needed for a copper pipe at checkout rather than having to search the internet for the parts needed! You might be taking the time to reply to reviews, but your reply is completely irrelevant and unhelpful. I'm sure I could copy paste contact support via this email for help quite easily too.

Where is this 'simple guide ' for copper pipes?

£25 for extra parts, pipe cutter, male and female coupler and leak paste. 1.5 hours into the "install" and still trying to attach the couplers that the water2 filter will attach too. Tight space under the kitchen sink. * Is definitely right on your 10 minute average install time. Not happy! 5.5 hour install time, 1 coupler kept dripping.

Heat pump installed over 3 years ago …

Heat pump installed over 3 years ago still doesn't work. Looses pressure, over heats by 5c or doesn't heat the house at all. Community extremely poor. Complaints not acknowledged after 1 week like on website complaint procedure. Have multiple engineer visits every winter. Had steibel out 3 times as well. Still completely useless as method to heat the house. The hot water works fine.

Complaint 16 Jan ignored
Complaint 19 Feb ignored
System still looses pressure on a regular basis and isn't "fixed" if it was fixed it wouldn't keep breaking.

Website constantly crashing!

You knew oasis tickets would be popular why didn't you sort out your website! It's says I'm on the qué but I don't have a number so I'm obviously not in the qué. Get to ticket page, 2 tickets reserved for 2 minutes, website crashes, reserve 2 more tickets, website crashes again. "reached" quota of 4 even though I bought none! due to buggy as hell website now in the qué again at nearly 325,000. Total joke how u run the website! Fuming is an understatement! 5 hours wasted for nothing!?#&£

3 year warranty not included replacement pumps

3 year warranty is from original purchase and isn't restarted for replacement pumps sent out during warranty, do they have any faith in their own product quality if they don't renew the warranty with new pumps? First pump didn't even last 6 months of use. House was empty for first 12 months it was installed.

I bought the house with the pump installed telling me it needs to be used 5 minutes a month is unhelpful when I didn't own the house! It broke 3 months after we moved in. So your explanation doesn't make any sense it was being used when it broke.

Hi Jessica, the warranty on your pump is from the date of purchase. Also the pump is not designed to be sat unused for a period of time, we advise that its to be used for a minimum of 5 minutes each month as explained within the installation brochure.

Clothes sizes are completely wrong sizes

Clothes sizes are completely wrong. I ordered 14 - 16 womens it's more like a 20, 3 to 5 kids more like 5 to 6 years. 12 months 2- 3 years.
Size 18-20 more like women's 24, mens L more XL. Design is cute, too much to return, cheaply made. Not impressed with quality or sizing. Matching dinosaur t shirts all sizes fit too big, better than being small, but will look awful either way.

Lack experience, no constructive feedback.

Basically told me my first class masters was not enough to get a job, I was registered with them for over 12 months, heard nothing from them, I lack commercial experience and they didn't want to help with that and only bothered to tell me this when I put up a negative review some years ago. Over the last 5 years I've asked them to remove me from their system 3 times, but they still haven't done it, I got phoned again this morning!

Half and job lots of un justifiable excuses

The surveyer did half a job and I've found several visual defects they failed o highlight on the written report and they keep coming back extremely poor and un justifiable excuses as to why these defects were missed, no way a 30cm hole in roof felt would appear in 6 weeks after the survey, several large cracks inside and outside the chimney stack, downstairs toilet leaking from first flush, verge pointing missing, slipped tile on roof (light can be seen inside the loft space!) Very poor communication and survey! There might be others I haven't found, survey basically was useless.

Apparently an eye level fault can't be seen by the surveyor from the loft hatch because of floor level carpet, sound like a very poor excuse for a badly done job.

Customer service very slow at answering emails 4 weeks and still not been resolved, seg account closed when it shouldn't have been. Standing charge shot up for 40p to 60p still got ofgem granted price until October!

Keep messing us around with install…

Keep messing us around with install date. Cable already in so just need them to start the connection. Signed up 22th july they said 31st july was ok, the system then decided we needed an engineer so it wasn't going to start until 10th August. Phoned them they said definitely be sorted 31 or 1, now the system has updated to say 18 August. Ps box missing so can't get internet anyway. Whole automated system is a waste of time! Very annoyed

Don't follow their own terms and conditions. Do not recommend, coronation ticket ballet meant to have 2 weeks to claim the ticket, "sold out" after 3 minutes. How many people got the congratulations you won email should have been 5000, did you sent it to everyone that entered the ballot? More ons!

damaged shoes, no refund, no return option

Company sent out damaged shoes, but customer service have said its ok because the sheos were in the sale. Do not buy poor quality, poor customer service, family run business that needs to sort itself out. Avoid! Funny really because If you return damaged items/bos they keep the item and your money, lose lose.
