We received our HD CD bubbler juke box, approx. 6 weeks ago from Rock-Ola. The quality and sound are exceptional, and it truly is a piece of artwork. There were some delivery timeline issues, but this... See more

The last authentic American Jukebox manufacturing company and one of the world’s most iconic Jukebox brands. Rock-Ola famously inspired the term ‘Rock and Roll’, and has been manufacturing games and Jukeboxes since 1927, starting out in Chicago and later moving to California’s West Coast, seen by many as the jukebox’s spiritual home.

The two gentleman l spoke with were very friendly and helpful and solved multiple issues l have had in the past and present with my 2004 jukebox there workings on my amplifier as we speak
Like many others before me that have issued reviews on Rock-Ola, I was promised a product that was never delivered. In the summer of 2024, our company issued payment upfront on (2) deluxe units with a lead time of 8-10 weeks per Cheron. We eventually received (1) unit in December of 2024, with the promise of the second unit in the next 30 days. That went on for months and months. In April of 2025, I requested a refund with Cheron on the second unit. That went unanswered for about another 30 days until I asked to talk to a manager. Cheron included an Accounts Payable or someone on the email and said that they would get back to me. You can see the pattern here. Silence from anyone at Rock-Ola until I found Alexander listed as the CEO and contacted him directly. He replied and acknowledged their inability to provide the product, stating supply issues. He issued a credit memo via email for the 1 missing unit and promised that a payment would be following in the next couple of weeks. That conversation started in May 2025, credit memo in June 2025, still no refund payment. Over the last 4-5 months, Alexander has promised in email and over the phone that a check was coming, and he was just waiting on funds. I have made a point to have all of this documented because I knew that the promises were not said in truth. We had no other choice but to file a lawsuit for the breach, and will let the court handle it from here. No one should ever be allowed to do business this way.
I got my Rockola vinyl Jukebox and it awesome. Thank you Alexander and Cheron who was there for me when I called. Also the crew that hand built the jukebox. They did a great job it’s beautiful. Thank you all so very much. Paul.
Not only is the jukebox beautiful, but functions and sounds great. Their customer service is responsive and top notch. I can't recommend rock-ola more. I was originally in the market for a vintage jukebox, but Im so glad i went this route as they maintain the vintage look and feel, but with modern components. Great company!
I received my Rock Ola Music Center Bubbler, Model DB8 in early Aug, which was within a few days of what Rock Ola committed too! I was happily surprised based on some of the reviews! I think the fact that it was a Digital Music Center that helped out! I was very impressed with the packaging that included “Tip&Tell” and “Shock” sensors that let you know if the box was subjected to any mishandling during transit! My sensors showed no abuse so I was comfortable accepting the machine! Once it was uncrated I got it up and run very easily & quickly! The touch screen layout and process took a little getting used to but once I got into it I am very comfortable with it now! It is loaded with over 700 CDs of various music genre’s, many of which I like a lot! A few days after receipt, my Daughter and 3 granddaughters visited, and jumped right in, quickly finding familiar Artists and took advantage of the powerful sound system! I then started to download a large number of my own CD’s and the process was easy!
So overall I am very happy to say that my experience with Rock Ola has gone very well and I am very satisfied with the build quality, ease of use, and the ability to load my entire music collection x 10! It is easy to rate this as a 5 star performance!

I am very happy with the quality of the product, Vinyl Deluxe. It is most enjoyable to look at and listen to. It was very straight forward to unpack and set up. The unpacking instruction video noted the web site is very clear and informative. Alexander was reachable and most helpful whenever I contacted the office by phone or email for updates. It took more time to receive my jukebox than was initially quoted, but all is well that ends well.
Alexander and his team have been really great to work with. Our jukebox is amazing! I highly recommend Rock-Ola.
With deposits made and waiting for a Rockola Crystal Edition Jukebox and the RSB Speaker, totaling $15,000, I felt compelled to share both my analytical skills, as well as my personal experiences. I do this to bring some Fairness and Clarity to the Online Reviews for a unique company founded in 1927, Rockola Jukeboxes.
The California based Rockola Company was purchased in 2019 by a long-established British firm, the Games Room Company, a high-end retailer of luxury entertainment products whose CEO is Alexander Walder-Smith.
A labor/labour of love both here and abroad! Like Rolls and Bugatti, both new and restored Rockola jukeboxes are all done by hand. In the USA assembly plant, there are no Humanoid Robots, just a small team of 22 Artisan Specialists.
In reading the Online Reviews, you need to look at the Rockola Co. and the Parent, New Owner, Games Room Co. in the UK. The Games Room Company, UK shows a stellar 87%, 5 Star Approval! Reviews often praise the jukeboxes' high quality, beautiful design, and exceptional sound. The Rockola Company, USA reports 69%, 5 Star Approval. The customer experience is described as positive, with a strong emphasis on the passion and care the team has for their products. Lowering the overall score, many customers reported significant delays in receiving their orders and poor communication regarding timelines.
When you Figure Out the Figures, you will be able to exhale and happily place your order, just as I did! The parent, Games Room Co., goes back to 1927 and their reputation is impeccable. Yes, the Rockola Reviews have had a few "misses", but you need to dig deeper before the critique! The Rockola company is under new ownership and management only since 2019, and directly afterward the COVID period commenced from 2020 – 2023. New ownership, rebuilding a brand, together with a global pandemic, presented a formidable list of challenges. Having discussed these matters with the new Owner and CEO (yes, he picks up the phone), Alexander; he has assured me these challenges have been met and are now “in the rear-view mirror” at Rockola!
No hearing it via the grapevine here, but directly from the CEO, Alexander, and a satisfied Customer: "We are nothing without our customers and thank you for your support, I look forward to celebrating our 100th year in business soon". "I don't regret for a minute, having to wait a little longer than I wanted, to receive the machine. The wait was worth it, to get the quality of machine that I desired. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to purchase from Rock-Ola again."
So, there you have it! Although retired these days, I am like a little kid waiting on St. Nick as I anticipate my "Real Deal - Rockin Rockola Sound Machines!!"
I ordered my Rock-Ola from the factory. While I had to wait over 1 year for delivery, after I received it, what a beauty. The solid wood cabinet, the metal trim, the bubbling lights, the sound. Yeah, there was times I was mad having to wait. But Alexander, the owner, made sure it finally arrived. I would buy another Rock-Ola Jukebox.
Where do I start? This once great American company synonymous with the jukebox industry is dying. Owned over the years by a few people has now fallen into the hands of a complete idiot. I used to deal with Glenn in the past and everything was great. Since this British guy took over it has really gone down hill. I see him on Facebook saying how great he is then I read he put his other company into administration opening back up the next day and leaving a lot of people out of pocket. I eventually managed to cancel my order but still lost money but will be exploring my options. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
I wish I had a different story to share, but mine is much the same. I paid for a jukebox more than three years ago and have yet to receive it. Early on, there were occasional updates and reassurances, but those eventually stopped. Now, there’s complete silence—no responses, no refund, no delivery date. It’s frustrating to see a once-respected American brand fall into this kind of neglect. I’ll be reaching out to the BBB and legal channels next.
What made this experience great was actually taking the Rock-Ola Factory tour with my wife. Cheron and Alexander took the time to show us how each component of our new jukebox was made. The craftsmanship is amazing. We live close by, and I understand that not everybody is going to fly to California to "look" at a jukebox. They disclosed before our order, that the process from order to delivery was going to take some time. I was not concerned as I already have a Rock-Ola jukebox (grandpa's old 442) and I was willing to wait to get the quality that will last forever. Mine is 56years old, in the family since '75. These new units are solidly built and reflect the quality that you would expect in the brand. They delivered the unit on my Birthday-which was awesome, and everything was perfect. The only issue that I had was that I DID NOT READ THE OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS.I read the numbers wrong in the selector window. - I'm sure that Alexander tried to tell me several times on how to load the labels. Pay attention. -ask my wife, apparently, I am not always a good listener. :) be safe + enjoy
Hello Alexander,
It's time you will respond to our order a couple of years ago in which you still owe us jukeboxes which are paid for. We have been very patience but now you are in full production again but donot respond to my e-mail and other messages and donot even pick up your phone for us and not calling us back I guess it's time for you to take action and respond to our requests.
Waiting on this.

Rockola really came through and hit it out of the park with the Jack Daniels media center jukebox that I ordered. Truly a beautiful piece of art. Internal wiring is clean and well organized. Ease of use and incredible sound. Can’t say enough good things about it. My only knock is the amount of time it took to build, but considering alot of it is handmade and the amount of detail that went into it, I have to say it was worth the wait. Great job Rockola!!!
Ordered a jukebox in July 2024, as others have on the thread. Despite paying 75% of the price still no Jukebox. Stated 6 months for delivery but now 10 months later and only vague promises of photographs….from Ollie. In January 2025 I chased an update and promised delivery ‘’just after Easter’’ - well it’s after Easter and still no delivery. Appalling.

Alexander, my order was placed back in July 2024. Nobody answers the phone, although I did speak to you and Cheron once but unfortunately I still wait. My order number is 4100. Can someone give me a call, even to lie to me.
I think it’s great you’re having a Memorial Day sale, wonderful. I’d order another for a second home but at this point I have no idea if I’ll be seeing my first.

Over two years ago, my wife decided to give me a Rock-Ola jukebox as an early retirement gift. Having finally achieved my retirement goal early this year (and finally able to enjoy my jukebox to its fullest) I was crushed when the old-style hard drive that powered it began to malfunction. After reaching out to Alexander at Rock-Ola and explaining the situation, he did not hesitate to make the situation right, even though it was technically out of warranty. After sending the malfunctioning hard drive to Rock-Ola, their tech (Jonathan) transferred all my music files (and there was a TON of music, this thing holds a lot!) to a brand-new solid state hard drive. Alexander told me that I was considered "part of the Rock-Ola family" and boy, did he deliver on that. I normally do NOT give reviews (something which frustrates Google Play to no end), but I felt I had to sing the praises of Rock-Ola. Their digital jukeboxes are not cheap (by any definition), but if you want a great listening experience and great customer service, it is money well spent! Thank you Alexander, Jonathan, & "The Rock-Ola Family"!
DO NOT order anything from these folks. A scam. Took my $800.00 for parts months ago. Now only silence. I challenge anyone to get them to answer the phone.

Same sad story as many others posted here. Ordered and paid for my jukebox 3+ years ago. At first they would respond with promises of progress but as time has gone by they no longer return emails at all and still no word on a delivery date or refund. Next step will be to contact BBB and Attorney. A sad end to a classic American brand.
