Ironic

Ironic that my review outlining the fraud perpetrated against us is now gone!! This company is shady. Their nothing but a bunch of thieves. If they were half the company that they claim to be, they would have at least refunded the $10K+ that they owe us for non-delivery of the item we purchased.

Ordered in Nov of 2023 over 14k in arcades and received one that I paid 3k for. Now the website is down and I can't reach them. So I'm out 12K. They kept telling me the items were being shipped. April 2024 still no word and no games.

I ordered a very expensive Rockola a year ago and have not received it. James Bolin keeps emailing me saying he’s checking with Rockola and this has been going on for 2 months. Now the website and phone numbers are disconnected. I don’t know what to do.

Never Received the Game I Paid For

I ordered a bubble hockey game in October of 2023 and was told that I beat the holiday rush and would have it before the end of the year. Then they cashed the check for $5,295. It is now mid-March and no sign of the game. They told me a month ago it got lost in the order department and I would have it soon. Then I found this website and realize I will probably never get it. All I wanted was a straight answer. Sad

Thieves!!!

My husband ordered a Rush Pinball Machine on 11/15/22. He paid over $10K for this machine! The expected delivery was to be in Feb. 2023. By April 2023, it still hadn't arrived, so I called to inquire about it. Was told to expect it in May 2023. By June 2023, it still hadn't arrived. I called again in July 2023 and requested a full refund because the ongoing delays were beyond ridiculous. It was at that point that I was told that it was "no longer available anyway" and that we would have our refund in 2 - 4 weeks. Never showed up. All calls placed to them are now going to voice mail and email responses are almost non-existent. In Nov. 2023, I filed a complaint with the BBB. They lied their way out of that one also. The last time we heard from them was Jan. 2024 stating it would be sent out in about 2 weeks. It's now March 2024 and we still haven't received it. All inquiries are going unanswered now. They're a bunch of thieves! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!

James M continues to lie about issuing a refund, sends fake receipts and today he gave our lawyers a fake UPS tracking numbers. As if they can't be looked up. (Ignorant) Seems he's been scamming people online since well before his "other business problems" in 2014.

The company is very nice when you call them. I would just like to know when jukebox will be delivered. I ordered it in June 2022 and it has been 10 months since the order. Will it ever arrive or should I try and cancel????

Father of two boys here, posting about my experience with the arcade / entertainment company In The New Age who we found while looking for a traditional pinball machine for the kids. Although I found the crew at In The New Age pleasant to work with during the purchase, we are not happy with them or our Future Pin 2000. On 9/16/21 we ordered the unit with a couple of options. We were told "white glove delivery" by someone who could demonstrate how to navigate, set up files, internet connection, etc in about four to six weeks if I recall correctly. On 10/3/21 we were offered some options, (including an upgrade to the 6000) one of which I didn't catch was already part of my initial invoice. I hastily approved it while my wife was in the hospital so I paid for it twice.

After many rounds of following up over the next six months, we finally got the unit on 4/14/22. It had a couple of bees in it and was delivered by a two man crew who had never seen one before and not instructions but we were still glad to have it. It was also missing agreed upon options only one of which I was made aware of and credited for.

The system is difficult to learn and navigate through. It has game files that do not work, games that don't work with the included controls, some of the games don't fit the screen, has writing that is so pixelated that you can't make it out, etc. They take a while to load so it can be frustrating. My tech savy kids even wanted to smash it...

Within two weeks, the switch broke and I never got service or a replacement. I asked for them to pickup the unit and refund the money but haven't gotten a response. Since then, I went to dust the machine off and found the right side of the lower TV had fallen down. I want this machine out of my house!

11/5/22 - Updating to reply to owner response.

1) I never said white glove was on your site, but we absolutely were promised white glove, lie all you want.
2) We finally got instructions after requesting but they are horrible, don't solve the issues or show all the things we were promised.
3) Kids never bashed the machine to break the TV loose from the frame or the switch. That's a pathetic attempt to blame others for the poor quality of your machine. Think about the ride it took from IL to CA and tell me the screen fell out from what little play we actually have it. Absolutely ridiculous!
4) Maybe you should show some footages of the games that can't be played and look like hell on your site rather than misleading people that it will look great with 4k?

I'll be posting more pictures shortly and looking into my legal options.

Buyers beware....

Update on 11/15/22.....As promised on other review sites (I can't seem to load them here), I went to take more pictures to display the issues with the games. Unfortunately, the piece of junk doesn't even power on now so all I can provide are pictures of the shotty monitor installation that relies solely on double sided tape. Unbelievable! ITNA, do the right thing and take this machine back!! Owner claims not to know who I am...more lies. I wish I could post pictures here so you all could the invoice and pics, but I at least have the invoice now as my profile pic. They will be hearing from my lawyer shortly.

I have no idea who a "Jake T" is. Additionally, we do not and are unable to include any delivery companies to do anything other than unpack and deliver products inside the home and businesses. They are hired by us to provide shipping services and that's it. Sometimes we can include the legs being put on but according to your dates that would have been during the height of "covid" and the white glove services, such as the one we use "Beltmann Logistics" stopped offering that service because of COVID RESTRICTIONS. You would have already been told this by us ahead of time. Additionally, there is NO PLACE and NEVER WAS on our site stating anyone would turn on a game and show anyone how to scroll up and down and how to use it use it.
Additionally, we send PDF user manuals out to customers. If you have an issue, even over a year later contact us. However, children bashing the pinball would void any warranty. The PC in the pinball can easily be pulled out and sent back to us to be repaired and even UPDATED at NO CHARGE!
As for games being pixelated, you must be referring to games like pacman, frogger, and other ORIGINAL 80's arcade games. Sorry, back then they did NOT have LCD TV's. So, older games like that will look a little different on a "LARGE 4K LCD SCREEN'" such as the ones we put in the Future pin6000.

Poor Construction and terrible customer serivce

I bought a Rocket Music Center Jukebox for my wife's 50th birthday and we were very excited to have it. We ordered it for our new home, which we are renovating, in November of last year. It was delivered with no problem but we couldn't put it in immediately because of the construction. We were finally able to install it in June of this year. When we unpacked it we noticed two things right off the bat. One is that there was a brake or split in the wood at the top of the unit. And 2, that there were two of the lights on the front of the consul that were out. But we were so pleased to have it that we looked past the flaws. We started using the turntable immediately and it was great. Then about a week later the turntable just stopped working. I contacted the company and they gave me the number of their technician. He was hard to get a hold of and it seemed he had a whole other job at a food market in a different state. Even when I got in touch with him I would constantly be having to call him back because his repair guy wasn't around. I would send them pictures for them to review and they would never call to give me an update and every time I called them they could give me no answer because THEY HAD NEVER WORKED ON A TURNTABLE BEFORE which I found strange given the fact that the company makes 5 differnt models with turntable.
I will admit that because we had to delay the installation of the jukebox, I was contacting them after the 6-month warranty. But if they build units that just last six and a half months, I don't consider that a very good craftmanship or a good company. The technician even wanted me to send them a record so they could study how it works. When I contact the company again they told me they would check with the technician and NEVER EMAIL ME BACK. Even when I wrote to say I was done with waiting for them I NEVER GOT A RESPONSE.
PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE CHEAPLY MADE UNITS AND THEY DO NOT BACK UP THEIR WORK. I can only be glad I didn't buy one of the more expensive models.

I love my Alice slot machine

Let’s just start by saying the Alice slot machine I ordered blew me away with how awesome it was.

I did have some small problems after it arrived and the support guys were excellent and walked me through how to correct the problem and over the weekend as well. I highly recommend this company as they stand behind the products they sell and ensure your satisfaction is met at every corner.

Doesn't work

Purchased one, returned since it would not turn on. Replacement arrived, and this one does not turn on either. Used two different sets of batteries, too. Will be returning this one as well.

This is obviously a FAKE review. It is obvious someone and or some company is intentionally attempting to discredit our company’s reputation by fabricating such a ridiculous review.
We DO NOT have any customers with your name, and we certainly DO NOT sell the product you are describing.
If you have reached the wrong company by mistake, you really should figure out who you purchased the product from and contact them at once.
