So far nothing, I waited for that phone call and eventually several days late it came, basically telling me how great they were and how they are getting better etc. Then came the pitch, "if we build the thing will you still buy it" etc. I told him I was not going to send them my money again, if they build it and they ship it I will pay COD, so far nothing. Unbelievable.

Ok not to make it all negative. I just got a call from the CEO of the company, very nice guy, and he feels bad about my experience etc.
He asked me if I would post something here about our talk and that he wanted me to make sure I said he cares. Clearly he does, but I am not convinced that his staff can deliver on orders etc. It should not take all of this for a customer to get some much needed service. In any event, he said he was going to talk to his people, and call me Monday. I have no idea what he is calling me about, and frankly I don't think there is much anybody can do to make me feel safe buying one of these machines, but I am always willing to listen. Let's see what happens. I will post here any progress.

An it continues. I get a call from the CEO of this company (because I had Amex take back the money) leaving a message saying how sorry he was that I had a bad experience and that I should call him and dial extension 150. First of all there is no way to dial extension 150 on their system. So I dialed 0, left a message, dialed sales, nobody, so I left a message, dialed other extensions, NOBODY answers the phone. Imagine you buy one of these machines, and then you need support because it broke.... Good luck. I am a business owner myself, I am always willing to give a second chance. I know things can go wrong, systems can fail etc, but there is an app for that. It's called SPEAK TO THE CUSTOMER.

I paid them $5,025 6 months ago. Since then nothing, nobody even contacts you with a progress report. When I call to enquire I get excuses but never a delivery. If I call and leave a message they NEVER respond. Don't give these people your money they will ripp you off.
