I bought my jukebox from Amazon! But before I bought it I called the factory several times and we had some really good talks about the products between the vinyl and the CD and I decided with the CD because it had so many more songs to play in it loaded the same way as the vinyl records did .CD can hold 100 CDs I play approximately 2000 songs!The vinyl which is also very very cool and plays 100 45s which means 200 songs !
I talked with Cheron who’s in sales several times before I purchased it during and after very knowledgeable and she doesn’t know the answer she finds it and gets back to me. Really enjoy talking with Cheron she was a big reason why I pulled the trigger. I did have one slight problem when it did arrive and I called the factory and talked with Jorge Who really knew his stuff and he got me up and running in no time they are all good people to do business with. With Amazon I did get some points which was kind of cool but I would not hesitate to buy for the factory either their service is second to none. And when the jukebox arrived it was packed very well. And when played it has an awesome sound and you could hook it up with the sonos speakers and play anywhere in the house or just the jukebox itself. The bubbler lights are awesome and the construction was first class! This is a Jukebox that you can enjoy for many years and believe me when your company comes over and they see it they all want to go over and play it and it will bring back many many memories! It’s a very cool thing to have in your house and I’m so glad that I bought one! And it’s on wheels very sturdy wheels so if you have to move it around the room one person can do it!
I know this is my second review here I’ve had it for a couple months now and I feel the same way I did the first day I set it up! Sometimes I just turn it on at night time while I’m watching TV so I can look at the colorful display of lights and how cool my Jukebox looks!

I bought a Rock-Ola Bubbler Cd Jukebox with Bluetooth / Walnut Edition . Received it on April 9 and it was packed extremely well but it needed to be adjusted. I called the factory and they took extremely good care of me & had it up and running in no time! Great people And they stood 100% behind their product the person that walked me through it was JORGE did a outstanding job and knew his stuff! But before I bought it I had talked with CHERON In Sales & she answered every question and if she didn’t know the answer she went and got it and called me back! I talk to her before during and after the purchase! These people are outstanding individuals with an a fabulous product and great service! And when I hooked up the jukebox the sound was awesome and the quality and workmanship of the unit was outstanding. Whenever somebody comes over to the house I show them the jukebox for it is a showstopper and everybody wants to play it because it looks and sounds great and I know it will last for many many years.
