My wife passed in 2021
My wife passed in 2021 and thought that i was on the policy but just happened to check lately and found out that i was just the beneficiary on her policy. They did pay and cancelled out the policy but failed to stop withdrawing funds from my account monthly on a cancelled policy and this has been happening since her passing in 2021. Tried to talk to 4 different employees and they kept transferring me to someone else. I believe if this isn;t resolved soon I will have no choice but to file a lawsuit against this company. Enough is enough.
