My wife was in an auto accident, the other driver who caused the accident was insured with Allstate. After Allstate was notified of the accident, and sent my wife a letter, that IF she needed a rental car, she would have to get the cheapest one available. Doesn't matter what she currently drives, the car needs to be the cheapest available. Oh, since her car went into the shop on Thursday, ALLSTATE will not pay for the rental over the weekend. What a cheap ass company. They are constantly calling me to insure with them. after this experience, PHUCK ALLSTATE

I ordered my Rock-Ola from the factory. While I had to wait over 1 year for delivery, after I received it, what a beauty. The solid wood cabinet, the metal trim, the bubbling lights, the sound. Yeah, there was times I was mad having to wait. But Alexander, the owner, made sure it finally arrived. I would buy another Rock-Ola Jukebox.

I ordered an item in May 2025, I was told it was a factory item. Sohars called me back and told me the part would be shipped the end of June 2026. I called Sohars the middle of June and they told me, that the factory had the item in stock. So I said" Well get it, I already paid for it".
I called June 24th, 2025 and was told mid July.
Such great customer service.

For your game room must be related to in the new age, because they both get really upset if you text to ask to talk to James Matthew Bolin . Do not buy from this company , they will take your money and send you nothing.

It sure appears that this company and In The New Age are operated by the same people. same web sites, same discounts for e-check payments. this company is owned by a Matthew B.? is the B for Bolin? The same ripoff artists who operated in The New Age? If I was to order, I'd use my credit card. Could the owner of this company be James Matthew Bolin? The ex- owner of In The New Age? How about it? Matthew B.? what is your last name?

Rock-Ola has numerous dealers listed on their web site. We bought a Jukebox through one of their dealers, and we got stiffed and lost our money. We contacted Rock-Ola and were told " Too Bad, we have No control of our dealers". I contacted Rock-Ola several times, and I was told that Alexander, The owner would contact me. Ha! Rock-Ola is as dependable as In The New Age, James Bolin was.

If anyone bought anything from IN The New Age, James Matthew Bolin, Call the Illinois Attorney General at 312-814-3760 and report your loss. This only applies if you paid for something and did not receive it.

I ordered a Rock-Ola jukebox from In The New Age on July 06, 2023. James Bolin told me If I paid the full price, I would get 5% off. I researched the Rock-Ola web site and saw the 5 star reviews, so I didn't figure any issues would happen. I received a receipt from ITNA, and it stated it could take 7-10 months to receive the jukebox. I checked in several times with INTA, and was told the order was placed, and I should expect it in April 2024. I went on line in April 2024, to ITNA website, and POOF! it was gone. I called Rock-Ola, and was told , they never received my order or was paid by James Bolin or ITNA. So James Bolin stole my money and I got nothing. I filed a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General's office and the FTC, about In The New Age.

I ordered a Rock-Ola jukebox in July 2023 from In The New Age, and was told if I paid in full, I would get a 5% discount. I checked the Rock-Ola website, and they were listed as a dealer, so I did. I was told by James that it would take 7-10 months to get. I contacted INTA several times to check on my order, and was told It was on order, no problem. Then In April 2024, I went on line and their web site was gone. I contacted Rock-Ola, and they told me they never got an order or paid for the jukebox. So James Bolin stole my Money.
