Although I haven’t received my Jukebox yet, it was very easy to order over the phone, and Cheron was nice enough to allow me to pay in two installments, one at ordering, and the second when it’s ready to ship. She also explained the value of the amp upgrade. I was told 4-6 months for delivery when I ordered on July 12, 2024. My only issue at this point is that when calling to inquire an order status, the call isn’t returned. I fully understand and appreciate these machines take a long time to make, but if there was a way for me to see my order status online without leaving a voicemail that includes an updated ETA, that would be great. Even if it ends up needing more time than initially estimated, that’s fine with me.
