My experience with Nets has been a complete disappointment.
In short: I had been using a Nets payment terminal, and in August 2024 I was contacted by a representative claiming that my existing terminal would soon stop working. Instead of a simple replacement, I was sent a completely new device — tied to a 36-month binding contract.
Later, I closed my business and my VAT number, but instead of receiving any understanding or assistance in closing the account, I was told — quite rudely — that I still had to pay for the entire contract period, regardless of my situation.
If you’re considering Nets for payment solutions, think twice. They use misleading wording like “your old terminal will soon be obsolete” to push upgrades that lock you into long and costly agreements. It’s no surprise their average rating is around 2 — and dropping.
Worst customer support you can get.
We did rebranding and changed our company name four months ago, and since then we are trying to contact Nets to apply these changes of our business name and email address with no success.
Until today our customers have the old name in their bank account transactions, and this is very frustrating.
No wonder nets has very low score on Trustpilot and very bad reputation, but you wouldn't understand it until you need their help.
The singularly most greedy and incompetent company in DK.
They should lose their contracts and their license to operate in general.
Despite all other websites approving my VISA onMitID, today Ive tried multiple times to pay for a service, using MitID as requested and approved but NETS rejecting the payment each time.
My card got blocked on Saturday and I called immediately to have it unblocked. Now it's monday morning and it's still blocked.
A year ago I closed down all activities with nets, it was not easy by far.
Now one year later they start sending invoices. This is very confusing and when I call them, they start sending me around in different departments.

I've got an email from Alma telling me that she decided to terminate the agreement of online payment after many years of cooperation, really unprofessional, not serious company. Don't trust them for your business as they can cancel the service anytime

Transaction went through but Net.eu never forwarded me back to seller website. Now seller can't see payment even though money is pulled from my card, and to top it off I can't even initiate a dispute as the Net website is completely broken and a huge waste of time as responses are not saved - so prepare to rewrite every single detail about your despite multiple times, only to be met with cryptic errors and customer service that simply say "yeah we are having some issues, try again later" - as if I didn't already spend 30 min trying to so this by myself first.

Contract signed for Nets Online and monthly payments are being taken. When the business actually started then customers called to say that the nets online portal doesn’t work. Called support, first I was told that “everyone is on holiday” so nothing could be done. Called back after the New Year and I was told that my contract had been terminated months ago but couldn’t say why. All the while I am still paying subscription fees. Finally got a response that there had been a mistake, but that I would have to wait another 7 days for the online payments to be active as they had to do a “major system update” first. No alternative solution could be provided. So actually more than 10 days loss of online business which is terrible for a startup. Who takes responsibility? Not Nets obviously.

They not provided protection in system against accidental pressing of the button. For the return there must be a system of protection or confirmation of the return operation. All terminals must have confirmation of the return operation. How is it
possible that when the button is pressed accidentally, there is no
confirmation of the return operation, it
is incredible.
Our employee accidentally pressed the button, he does not have access to the merchant card and he made automatic refund without approval.
Nets support same time telling me "stories" that it is not possible.
We lost money.
I do not recommend Nets if you don't want to lose your money.

Worst, not even «AI-chatbot» I’ve ever spoken to. I have called customer support plently of times and waited for such a long time with no response what so ever. Absolute garbage everything so far.

I call customer service for technical assistance,
My terminal is down and I was given a date to wait for one week, ask them if can be faster cos the terminal is down. I was told the technician were overwhelm since September. It’s November now and he says he also not sure when this issue can be solved.
This is totally unacceptable, we as merchant are not using this service for free.

Although the AI chatbot only goves you a variety of options to chose from and if your problem isn't one of them it's just bad luck, however it is okay. When changing your password, you might need to wait around 24 hours for it to work, but had to find this out myself. I Hope they will get an actual person to at least sit and assist with problems, or maybe an Email for more "serious" stuff.
