Power hungry traffic controllers, taking advantage

I took the 31 bus/ zone 1 with my girlfriend and asked her to check me in because I thought my card was empty. I got on first because I had our small puppy in my bag and my girlfriend followed behind me checking me in. She asked the bus driver where she could check me in and he told her to speak to the guys in the back of the bus, which we came to find out were two traffic controllers. The bus took off from the stop and when they came up to us, we told them that we were looking for the machine to check me in and that the bus driver said to speak to them. They then proceeded to write us a ticket and didn't want to hear anything from us. When I asked what it was for and tried to explain to them the situation, they ignored me. They ended up writing both of us a ticket, even though my girlfriend actually checked herself in. I believe the bus driver was negligent for not assisting my girlfriend's question and the traffic controllers were just only interested in writing tickets. They were disrespectful, power hungry and I had the feeling that I was targeted. I felt powerless and devastated that these are people Movia would hire.

It wasn't worth the stress of tracking & shipping

I purchased this item at a good price which is the only reason I gave this review 2 stars. After purchase, I didn't receive a tracking email. Instead, I had to reach out to their customer service to get the tracking. Benuta uses GEL logistics for shipping to DK. You can't even get any helpful info from the tracking. Then I was contacted for the rug to arrive on a Monday. The delivery didn't show and when they promised the following day, the delivery driver didn't show and wouldn't pick up his phone. I'm still waiting for the rug and won't purchase from Benuta again. I'll choose a more reliable company.

Rude Customer Service after blocking my card

So Nets.dk blocked my debit card because I was online shopping for some clothes online. Then the company I purchased the item from double charged me afterward. When I called Nets.dk to give them feedback about this sad situation (also because it's my first time this happened and I didn't even know Nets existed before), the phone operator told me, in his word "it's life". He then lectured me about how if this was a credit thief in a different situation, I would be happy they blocked my card. Well it wasn't the situation and I didn't need the lecture as I didn't sign up for my card to be blocked. Now I have to wait until next week to get a word from the company on when I will get my money back.

Thank you very much for the review. We are working on behalf of the banks and they have signed up for fraud prevention. Sometimes it turns out not to be fraud but we prefer to be on the safe side. I hope that you get your money back.
