Items turned up quickly but reduced score is due to website stating 7 items were in stock when actually only 5 were. No issue getting refund which was processed efficiently also.

Can’t fault the experience. Wanted 500 Blakes coloured envelopes that I have used before. They all turned up boxed and ready for use on time and in good condition.

Consistently deliver quickly, my orders are always correct, never had a problem. There is a wide variety of goods available and the prices are good.

Unfortunately I was supplied with A3 rather than A4 paper as ordered. However when I notified the company, I had a very prompt reply and the right size was sent to me very quickly.

Talking to a real person who understands product is a real bonus. Queries are dealt with really quickly and politely.
