Review of Royal Mail
Once I finally got the option to acquire 'special delivery and signed for labels' the service was good, but it took me a whole month to get the service set up and several telephone calls, which often took at least 1 hour of holding on for somebody to answer. My query to Royal Mail is "why make it so difficult just to order necessary items?". Thankfully, I finally got in touch with a very sensible chap, Nad Beer, who finally sorted out the issue for me but it had been such a dreadful experience until I found Nad.
