It did take me awhile to get used to…
It did take me awhile to get used to the new layout of eM Client, but I am used to that now and it is working well.
My only problem is that I can not distract the photographs attached to emails out of eM Client to go into Jpeg, I do find this a real problem. Hopefully somebody can advise me to solve this problem.

Dear Lee,
I am afraid you were misinformed about the sequence of events. Here is what happened
1. I called your office at 11.58 am on Monday 19th December 2022. My boiler stopped working.
2. Danny arrived at 5pm as an emergency call out.
3. Danny was unable to identify the problem.
4. Danny left at 7pm after the emergency call out and was going to talk to Vaillant and phone me the following day with a solution.
5. I did not hear from Danny or a member of your staff with an update.
6. I phoned your office at 3.40pm onTuesday 20th December and left a message on your answerphone to get an update. Your receptionist/secretary returned my call eventually, but no solution from you to get the boiler working.
7.As you stated, it was busy time and late in the day without a satisfactory outcome. Out of desperation and close to Chistmas, I contacted Vaillant directly to provide a solution as I needed the boiler working or search for emergency heating.
On this occasion your company failed for the following reasons:
1. The problem was not solved by your company and no phone call from Danny or your office in time for me to make alternative arrangements.
2. Your company diagnoses of the problem was inadequate and did not solve the problem.
3. Vaillant engineer identified and solved the problem within half an hour.
4. You ignored my urgent situation and left me without fixing the boiler.
5. Replacement motherboards were available but you are tied to specific suppliers who clearly do not hold spares in stock and hence delay in delivery. I checked on the availability of the board. Available by next day delivery.
In the circumstances, I had no choice but to take ownership of the problem and arranged for Vailant engineer to solve the problem. Your company chose not to take ownership of the problem.
Whilst I recognise that it was busy time for you, it was equally important for me to have some heating solution. I employ your services not to be left without heating. Furthermore, there was no follow up from your company.

My central heating boiler broke down in…
My central heating boiler broke down in the week before Christmas. As my experience with NeaterHeat was extremely good, I called them out as an emergency. Danny came after 5pm the same day. He told me that unfortunately he did not understand the problem and was going to phone the Vaillant Company the next morning and let me know the outcome straightaway. I waited all day that next day and no call came, only the bill was issued for the emergency call out. Nobody from NeaterHeat offered any solution or advice what to do next. I had extremely good services from them before, but they managed to fall from a 5 Star rating to 0. How could they leave an elderly person without heating, with no advice, no follow-up, alone like that for Christmas? Shame on them!!!
